Pros:

Les restaurant attenant à l'hôtel est vraiment sympa.

Cons:

Très mitigé, à notre arrivé, on nous a donné une chambre avec un sol sale, des draps visiblement déjà utilisé (plie d'usage poils, saleté) et une salle d'eau commune pas fameuse non plus... Lorsque nous sommes aller demander pour changer les draps, on nous a donné une nouvelle chambre ave salle d'eau privative et le ménage était bon et draps ok.

Everything the fact they take £20 deposite for the room key and still haven't paid it back into my account even tho I have emailed them asking for it to be repaid. I asked what time breakfast was and was told they are closing for a refurbished so there was no breakfast even tho it was part of the package a total disgrace.
Shared toilet and shower with all the other rooms.

Pros:

Nice big room, comfy double bed, enough wardrobe space for clothes. Very good location next to railway station and loch lomond. Hotel had a venue downstairs with bar, restaurant (with discount). Nice friendly staff.

Cons:

There was a small litter on the floor and dirty in few places, dated furniture, single glazed windows so was a bit chilly in the room (radiator wasn't working well), and NO TV.

I slept there
Pros:

Hotel was above a pub. Would never really want to drink there sadly. The staff were absolutely lovely. They were kind and helpful when needed. The property in no way reflects on the staff. There is a significant lack of investment. It’s run down and tired.

Cons:

Overall it was tip.

Grinch horror
Pros:

Balloch overall was beautiful.

Cons:

Hotel was so disgusting we only stayed 1 night and not the 2, I originally paid for.
Please save your money and book somewhere else, ive never been so soul destroyed as was for my husbands birthday. What an absolute let down.

Local tulie inn did a fantastic breakfast

Everything it was totally disappointing the hotel was scruffy the bed was the most uncomfortable thing ive ever slept on and ive slept on floors i certainly wont be going back
