Die Lage war toll. Als Ausgangspunkt für einen Aktivurlaub ist das Hotel optimal.

Will choose the same hotel everytime I planned to be here in Austria
Pros:

Big rooms and the staff were friendly and their hospitality is something amazing. Big basket with fresh fruits for free and mineral water without asking they just nock the door and provided. The most amazing thing when their manager invite us to have dinner for free as well, but we had finished the dinner already.

Cons:

Nothing everything was special.

Beautiful location and views, access to forest trails without driving and close to Eibensee, generous buffet breakfast and dinner, ample parking, helpful staff

Schöne ruhige Lage, aber auch ein paar Abzüge

+ ruhige Lage am See
+ gemütliche saubere Zimmer
+ sehr freundlicher Service
+ wunderschöner moderner Spa-Bereich (Sauna mit Bergblick)
+ viele frische Handtücher

Cons:

- sehr schlechter WLAN-Empfang auf den Zimmern
- keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer
- Essen im Hotel ist qualitativ nicht so besonders
- Zimmer roch teilweise nach Fäkalien und das Bad ist zT etwas in die Jahre gekommen
- man sollte ein Zimmer weit weg vom Aufzug und von der Bar nehmen, da es sonst sehr laut werden kann
- Parkplätze müssen extra gezahlt werden, obwohl es etwas außerhalb liegt
- sehr harte Matratze und der Föhn auf dem Zimmer hatte leider kaum Power

Hotel in schöner Lage mit Verbesserungspotential in vielerlei Hinsicht.
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht, saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks überzeugen nicht. Nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde Vergriffenes aufgefüllt. Auch in Sachen Freundlichkeit ist Luft nach oben.

ruhige Lage, schöner Blick, nahe zur Zugspitze und Eibsee,
gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl

Cons:

zu wenig Ablageflächen im Bad
Butter war immer gefroren und nicht streichfähig

Pros:

全て良かったです。高級感があり、優雅な気分で過ごす事ができました。

Cons:

湖の畔でとても静かに過ごせるのが良い反面、夕飯はホテルのレストラン以外にしようと思うと15分くらい歩いて行かなければならなかった。天気が良かったので森の中を散歩がてらで行けたけれど、悪天候の日は大変かも。

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The surrounding area and the views from the hotel were incredible. We enjoyed the spa, although the snow room was out of order. Overall, a great relaxing stay.

Cons:

I wish the staff had been more proactively informing us about what the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. It felt a bit hard getting information sometimes. The list of services offered was supposed to be accessible through a QR code, but it did not work.
