Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, good value for money. The dinner buffet was top.

Cons:

Rooms in ground floor are quite small. Insects are active during summer. If possible to add insects curtains that will help alot .

Cons:

Dass es keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer gab, bei den Temperaturen die wir hatten wäre das schon ein Muss gewesen

Great location gorgeous hotel
Pros:

The location for me was perfect to get to not hHollentalklamm Gorge and Eibsee with my 7 month old

Cons:

There was a mix up on the booking that didn’t add my 7 month old to it so I didn’t get a baby cot even though i had requested one. At first the gentleman behind the counter wasn’t going to give me one because the baby wasn’t on the booking (not really sure why it was such a problem) but when I showed him the message of requesting the cot he accepted and got housekeeping to bring me one

Die Lage und die Ruhe am See wie immer toll. Sehr gutes Buffet am Abend!
Das Personal im Restaurant und Küche ist hervorragend!

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich wurden die Handtücher entfernt. Das sind unnötige Sparmaßnahmen, die sich leicht rächen. Am Frühstück wird ebenfalls gespart. Insgesamt solkten neue Eigentümer darauf achten, dass sie nicht den Charme des Hotels leichtfertig aufs Spiel setzen.
Der Haupteingang müsste langsam fertig werden

Die Lage ist toll.
Der Service- Personal, besonders das Langjährige, war teilweise sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Essen, sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück waren im Vergleich zu früher (im selben Hotel) nicht gut.
Abendessen war früher ein Genuss, diesmal erinnerte es eher an Kantinenessen.
Das Frühstück war lieblos eingedeckt und ebenfalls qualitativ nicht erfreulich.
Nicht alle im Service erschienen kompetent.

Suurepärane hotell.
Pros:

Avar tuba, kena vaade mägedele. Kõik oli väga vaikne. Mugav voodi. Hea teenindus. Väga rikkalik hommiku- ja öhtusöök. Eibsee järv on jalutuskäigu kaugusel.
