Guter Aufenthalt. Zum Skifahren musste man mit dem Auto fahren.
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr gut, Frühstück war solide. Das Abendessen kam in Buffetform und war in Ordnung.

Pros:

Traumlage direkt am Badersee, große gut eingerichtete Zimmer, schöne Saunaanlage, perfekte Verkehrsanbindung, sehr hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Halbpension bedeutet, dass man ein "all you can eat" Essensbuffet bekommt, weniger Essen, aber dafür bessere Qualität wäre gut, vor allem wenn man mehr als eine Nacht im Hotel bleibt

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich großartig – mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Berge, der den Aufenthalt besonders macht. Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Wellnessbereich: sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, sauber und ideal zum Entspannen.

Cons:

Weniger überzeugend war für uns leider das Frühstück. Von Nachhaltigkeit war kaum etwas zu spüren, da Marmelade, Honig und andere Produkte überwiegend in portionierten Plastikbehältern angeboten wurden. Insgesamt fehlte das besondere Frühstückserlebnis. Die Wurstauswahl wirkte einfach und war täglich gleich, ebenso das Käseangebot mit nur drei eher geschmacklich unscheinbaren Sorten. Auch bei den warmen Speisen gab es wenig Abwechslung – morgens meist nur Spiegelei, Rührei und Wiener Würstchen.

Das Abendessen am ersten Tag war leider enttäuschend, da vieles zerkocht wirkte. An den folgenden Abenden war es in Ordnung, jedoch insgesamt nicht auf einem Niveau, das wir bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hätten.

Im Wellnessbereich mussten wir uns täglich neue Saunatücher selbst holen, da diese im Zimmer nicht nachgelegt wurden. In der Sauna selbst stand lediglich Wasser bereit – Tee, Obst oder zum Beispiel Zitronenwasser, wie man es aus vergleichbaren Hotels kennt, fehlten. Auch Decken zum Zudecken im Ruhebereich wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Es sind zwar einzelne Kleinigkeiten, aber gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse sind es genau diese Details, die darüber entscheiden, ob man wiederkommt.
