Festa nel locale sottostante ad alto rumore fino a dopo mezzanotte. Clienti rientrati all’ 1 che urlavano nei corridoi. Stanze per nulla insonorizzate. Non ho dormito. Staff quasi mai presente.

SICURAMENTE DA NON RIPETERE....
Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione favorevole, se ovviamente siamo di passaggio, perchè abbastanza distante da eventuali centri abitati con servizi annessi. Comodo il parcheggio auto gratuito, direttamente sul lato fronte o spiazzo laterale adiacente l'Hotel.

Cons:

Accesso alla struttura dopo le ore 20 in check-in autonomo, molto problematico e complesso, con password comunicata in fase di prenotazione non corretta...siamo giunti all'hotel alle ore 20:20 ed abbiamo dovuto contattare prima un numero di telefono fisso...poi un numero di cellulare di una reception di altro hotel distante alcuni chilometri per poter finalmente ricevere corretta password per accedere e sapere quale camera era stata a noi riservata. In fase di prenotazione era segnalato la possibilità di pagare in struttura tramite carte di credito, ma ahimè non è così, perchè la persona della reception "a distanza", comunicava che il loro POS non era abilitato per tale operazione e quindi il pagamento poteva avvenire solo in contanti e recandosi di persona all'altro hotel (alla fine abbiamo accordato per un bonifico bancario..).
Se all'esterno l'hotel si presenta gradevole e piacevole, al suo interno la struttura ed in particolare nella camera, la situazione cambia notevolmente, con manutenzione della stessa assolutamente mancante ( cabina doccia rotta con sportello "volante", sanitario WC con tavoletta evidentemente danneggiata..) sporco molto diffuso, con capelli "ben visibili" e abbandonati sia sulle coperte/lenzuola del letto, che sul pavimento del bagno, nonchè incostrazioni di sporco diffuse,.. per non dire della mancanza di dotazione di asciugamani...un solo telo da doccia per due persone adulte.
Inoltre il rumore assordante, con musica ad altissimo volume e violenti schiamazzi che sono durati fino a notte inoltrata, provenienti dal locale Bar/Ristorante, ubicato proprio sotto l'hotel, rendendo il nostro pernottamento un vero inferno....
