breakfast WAS good staffs were not bad , but as per the location and the age of the hotel they could have improved the room facilites like chairs in the room etc could have replaced with new models

Best to avoid this hotel till they complete renovation fully.
Pros:

Location and heritage bldg.

Cons:

Vwry poor upkeep. AC's did not work and after ahifting to another room again AC did not work and was shifted to a 3rd room at 10.30 pm after shouting at staff. They should check ACs and TV before allocating rooms.

Could have been better. Staff is lovely but the cleanliness could be better.

The renovated rooms look nice.

Cons:

The cleanliness and disturbances. I entered the washroom to find an old used toilet paper roll hanging. Also the utensils sent for in-room dining were not very clean. This particular room had a door to the adjoining room. I could hear the people in that room and they kept playing music until 3:20 am.
