Nichts, da unser Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht mehr verfügbar war

ACHTUNG BETRUGSALARM!!!
Kein Personal vor Ort. Checkin muss vorab online gemacht werden. Frühstück muss vorab in der App bestellt werden und ist den Aufpreis definitiv nicht wert. Wie man es erhält haben wir dann gar nicht mehr erfahren.
Ich bekam dann am Anreisetag einen PIN geschickt, der alle Türen öffnen sollte. Funktionierte bei der Eingangstür unten, beim Zimmer selbst aber nicht mehr. Wir standen vor verschlossener Tür.
In der Hotline beim ersten Mal aus der Leitung geworfen, beim zweiten Mal nur erklärt bekommen, das Zimmer sei nicht mehr verfügbar, wir müssen uns an Booking wenden…
Wir standen also in Berlin - ohne Zimmer - habe dann das erstbeste Zimmer gebucht, das wir in der Nähe gefunden haben - keine Zeit für ausführlichere Recherche - kostete doppelt so viel.

Cons:

Zimmer gegen stark befahrene Strasse, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, die meisten TV-Sender hatten kein Signal und das Personal war nicht erreichbar.

Cons:

Most likely due to the heatwave, the air conditioning was not working, which we were informed about one day in advance. In an attempt to reduce the heat in the room, the staff had opened the balcony doors beforehand. This could have ended badly for a less careful person, as they might have fallen from the first floor — there is no actual balcony, only an open space.

The standard of our room was below that of other rooms in the same category (I know this because I had stayed there before). The only way to turn off the lights was to use the main switch next to the entrance, which also cut power to some of the electrical outlets.

Goede locatie maar geen airco
Pros:

De locatie is top. Ook de kamer was ruim en de douche en bad waren zeer fijn.

Cons:

Ondanks dat we een kamer boekten mét airco, deed deze het niet. Hierdoor was het ontzettend warm in de kamer, terwijl het buiten rond 20 graden was. Het raam kon maar een beetje open (en lieten we 24/7 open), maar dat hielp niet om de kamer af te koelen naar een fijne temperatuur…

Ich war erst skeptisch als ich das Konzept kapiert hatte, aber es hat gut geklappt. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Es handelt sich um eine Pappbox, in der ein Apfel, eine kleine Flasche O-Saft, ein Brötchen und Aufstrich drin ist. Das ist kein Frühstück. Und bei der Buchung stand nicht, dass das Frühstück so aussieht.

Best place to stay to see Berlin
Pros:

The location was in the heart of the city. So many great restaurants and shops near by. The train station is right across the street which made getting around the city even easier. The room was perfect and larger than any other European room I have ever stayed in. You also had access to fresh towels and sheets downstairs in the common space and access to free coffee. I would stay here again.

좋은 동네에 있는 가성비 있는 신식 호텔
Pros:

굉장히 조용하고 좋은 동네에 위치해 있었고 주변 교통이 좋았습니다. 도보로 걸어다녀도 안전하게 느껴졌어요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 무인 시설이라서 더 맘에 들었어요. ㅎㅎ 다시 방문할 의향 있습니다.

Cons:

아쉬웠던 점은 딱히 없습니다.

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The room was spacious, and the large TV was a nice bonus.

Cons:

There are no staff members on site, so all assistance has to be handled by phone or online. This made it difficult to get issues resolved quickly, and some customer service representatives were not very proactive in offering solutions. If your room faces the main road, the soundproofing isn’t great, so light sleepers may be disturbed by traffic noise. Also, the lockers are not large enough to fit big suitcases, which can be inconvenient for travelers with oversized luggage.
