Cons:

My reservation was canceled overnight while I was in flight. I had missed my connecting flight to Buenos Aires, but I had explicitly notified the property beforehand that I would be arriving the following morning. Since I was on a long-haul flight from Madrid to Buenos Aires, I obviously had no internet access to check for updates.
Upon my arrival, the staff informed me that my booking had been canceled and I could not access the room. Furthermore, they refused to store my luggage until my evening departure, even for a fee. Consequently, I was forced to pay €60 for a room just to leave my bags

Volvería allí sin duda
Pros:

Las instalaciones eran muy lindas y limpias, el espacio estaba muy bien por el precio

Cons:

Hubo un inconveniente con el precio del iva pero al final se solucionó y lo agradecemos
