Cigarette smell
Cons:

We asked for a no smoking room, but after asking multiple times to change rooms, we realized all rooms smell like cigarettes.

Great location great room food was very good, handy to public transport. Down size lack of staff trained in English
Pros:

The room was big update fixtures.
Let’s talk of natural light and great ocean view. In a good location public transport at your door

Cons:

They did have staff that spoke English, some did but very limited. They did have brochures in the room about what landmark and places to see in English. Even ordering room service was possible as they had nothing in the room to do so, calling reception left you frustrated as they didn’t understand what your request was due to lack of English

Pros:

Staff was great. I booked for a non smoking room but the room they gave me smells like someone was smoking but they moved me to a different room with no questions asked.

Pros:

I never got there because of the typhoon shut down all transportation from Hong Kong to Macau on that day. I called the hotel and they said they will refund the money but I need to call Expedia. So I call Expedia and get to talk to this on line robot and I was told Expedia will get back to me. Never heard back. So it’s not about the hotel. The rating applies to Expedia. Expedia please reply back to me. Thanks.

The location was good for me. The room interior is really good and it was always kept clean. The price was very good for the experience.

The location is good for access to the ferry station but not to the central area on macau island.
