Отличный отель, качественный в отношении вещей, но очень слабый и безответственный персонал.

Отличный номер, удобная кровать

Cons:

Попросили вызвать такси по телефону из номера, нам ответили - машина ждет вас перед отелем. Когда мы вышли - машины нет. Нам сказали подождать 5-10 минут. Потом еще 2 минуты, потом снова 10. В итоге я занимался поиском такси сам. Мы чуть не опоздали в аэропорт.

Pros:

Een fijn verblijf gehad bij Da Vincci. De locatie is echt ideaal: Diagonal Mar ligt op loopafstand en ook het strand is gemakkelijk te bereiken. De kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en vooral rustig, waardoor we heerlijk hebben kunnen slapen.

Een groot pluspunt is de privéparkeerplek, wat erg handig is als je met de auto reist. Ook een perfecte keuze als tussenstop tijdens een doorreis. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding klopt wat ons betreft helemaal. Zeker een aanrader!

Great location, but ruined by terrible noise initially, poor facilities, and rude, discriminatory staff behavior.
Pros:

The main advantage of this hotel is its location, which is convenient for getting around. The hotel eventually moved us to the 5th floor after we complained about the severe noise on the 1st floor, which was acceptable.

Cons:

Our stay had many disappointing moments. Initially, we were placed in Room 125 on the 1st floor, right next to a busy street and a delivery truck unloading all night, resulting in zero sleep. Although they changed our room to the 5th floor later, the rooftop pool area was extremely small, dirty, and constantly overcrowded. Furthermore, the loungers shown in the online pictures were completely different—they were just upright beach chairs, with no way to lie down and relax.
Most importantly, the staff's attitude was very poor, and we genuinely felt discriminated against. The worst experience came from the female staff member at the rooftop bar, whose attitude could only be described as hostile and unacceptable.
