La ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad. Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay posibilidades de desayunar. La segunda noche logramos que nos cambien de habitación y nos pasaron a una en la que la ducha es tan chica que cuesta bastante entrar. (Parece la de un camarote de un crucero básico.) Precio no acorde al estado del hotel.

Les gens étaient très amicaux et très accommodants.

Cons:

Le réfrigérateur de la chambre me semblait pas être froid lorsque l’on est arrivés. C’est le seul aménagement qui ne fonctionnait pas vraiment. À notre demande ils l’ont réparé !

Charming building but a little dirty and run down. Internet is really bad.
Pros:

The location is perfect and the staff is wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. When we arrived at AEP airport we learned that our original reservation at another property was canceled. So we had to find an alternative hotel room quickly, as it was late in the day. We found San Telmo Suites on booking.com and booked the last room they had.
After booking, I contacted them via WhatsApp and the lady told me that the room we booked is not available and should not have been on the booking.com website because the AC is broken. I explained our situation and she gave me different options. She would give us the room with the broken AC, if we wanted it, and she offered an entire apartment at another building but we decided to go for the room w/o AC because it was late and we would've had to pick up the keys at a different location than the other apartment was located, so too complicated at that time of the day. While we were on our way from the AEP airport to San Telmo Suites she contacted me to let us know that they just had a cancelation and we can get a room with AC at San Telmo Suites.

Cons:

The internet was really bad, not just in our room, I spoke to a few other hotel guests. So if you rely on good internet during your stay, that's a problem at San Telmo Suites. There is also no suited common area where you could sit down and do some work. As charmning as the entire building is, unfortuntely it is pretty run down and not the cleanest place. Our room and bathroom were pretty filthy. Broken and dirty tiles in the shower, dead bugs in the door frames and on the walls. (I asked those to be removed but it never happened). Missing baseboards. Broken hand railings. Towel service is only every three days. No floor towel. No coffee maker or water kettle in the room. Little fridge in the room didn't work well and needs urgent de-icing. There is a shared kitchen on the ground floor, but if your room is not on the ground floor you have to go down the staircase, make your morning drink in the kitchen and climb back upstairs. Only Spanish TV chanels and one Italian. Netflix and YouTube didn't work because of the bad internet connection. There is a cute 'coffee bar like setting' in the 'foyer' with an professional espresso machine but unfortunately it is not staffed. Overall we were thankful that we had a place to stay and again the satff is super nice, which makes up for a lot, but it was not a great place. Especially since they call themselve 'Luxury' San Telmo Suites. It has nothing to do with luxury ;-) Also, most rooms are 2 floors with the bathroom and toilet on the lower floor, not ideal for everyone ;-) Again we were thankful that we had a place to stay but I also wanted to be honest about the condition of the place.

Stanza subdue livelli molto grande e bella, inclusi i due bagni molto confortevoli. Palazzo bellissimo in piena santelmo da cui partire per visitare strade e locali nei dintorni.

Disfruté muchísimo mi estancia. Como sugerencia, ofrecer desayuno o café ya listo por las mañanas con algunas medialunas sería un gran detalle.
