The staff were lovely at the hotel.

Cons:

The staff had a dog in the property that kept barking, the rooms need a deep a deep clean. The showers are full of mould, there's a lack of water pressure. The staff say communication is done via whattsapp for room cleaning etc. But everyday someone would knock on the room even if I hadn't messaged.

No cumplió con lo esperado
Pros:

No nos aceptaron las maletas un poco antes, argumentando que no tenían donde ponerlas y no era verdad, y que la entrada era rigurosamente a las 2 de la tarde, pero cuando llegamos el cuarto no estaba listo y nos tuvieron esperando una hora. El internet era débil y había una bola de pelos en la regadera del baño, o sea que no lo habían limpiado.

Cons:

El internet podría ser mejor. El cuarto no está insonorizado y se escuchaban las voces de todo el que pasaba por enfrente

Excelente opción en San Telmo
Pros:

Conseguí la habitación de último momento. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas, la cama doble es bien amplia. El hotel está muy bien decorado y recuperado.

Cons:

En la habitación no me anduvo el televisor, para personas con dificultad para moverse puede resultar incómoda la escalera en las habitaciones y para acceder a ellas.

The couch is beginning to sag and be uncomfortable but the bed was very comfortable which was the important thing!

Slightly run down.
Pros:

The property was well located and there’s lots of cool bars and markets nearby. The place seemed clean and they cleaned everyday. But this is not a hotel. It’s not bad and for the price it’s fine.

Cons:

The photos make it look better than it is and unfortunately the bathroom experience is just lacking. Hot water is flakey and the water pressure isn’t good at all. The WiFi is also not great, couldn’t have an online meeting on it. Most disappointing was the response to the complaint about hot water.
