Central San Telmo treat - helpful staff!
Pros:

Lucia at the desk was helpful and knowledgeable- sending us multiple options for nearby restaurants. Very responsive via whatsapp.
Amazing location in the heart of San Telmo, literally metres from Sunday markets.
Cool, historic building.

Cons:

Some street noise overnight, BA is a late night city!

Vale a pena com pontos de atenção.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. A estrutura é boa! Gostei do quarto ter 2 pavimentos.

Cons:

O atendimento não é legal. Tive que tirar os pés da cama, porque balançava demais. Pedi 1 travesseiro a mais, foi negado com a justificativa que só tinha aquele. Troca de toalhas a cada 3 dias! Fui questionar, disseram que estava nas regras. Os tapetes também, mesmo molhados, só são trocados a cada 3 dias! A cama de casal são 2 de solteiros juntas. No quarto não nem nada além de um frigobar.

The staff were lovely at the hotel.

Cons:

The staff had a dog in the property that kept barking, the rooms need a deep a deep clean. The showers are full of mould, there's a lack of water pressure. The staff say communication is done via whattsapp for room cleaning etc. But everyday someone would knock on the room even if I hadn't messaged.
