Slightly run down.
Pros:

The property was well located and there’s lots of cool bars and markets nearby. The place seemed clean and they cleaned everyday. But this is not a hotel. It’s not bad and for the price it’s fine.

Cons:

The photos make it look better than it is and unfortunately the bathroom experience is just lacking. Hot water is flakey and the water pressure isn’t good at all. The WiFi is also not great, couldn’t have an online meeting on it. Most disappointing was the response to the complaint about hot water.

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel dos horas después del horario de check in y no estaba lista la habitación. Tuvimos que esperar una hora mas. Podrian al menos dar aviso via whatsapp para uno poder organizarse ante imprevistos. Nos ofrecieron late check out para el dia siguiente, lo cual se agradece. La habitación no cuenta con jabon para lavarse las manos ni secador de pelo. La cama es bastante incomoda, colchón hundido.
No hay servicio para dejar el equipajes antes/despues del horario.

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad. Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento. No hay posibilidades de desayunar. La segunda noche logramos que nos cambien de habitación y nos pasaron a una en la que la ducha es tan chica que cuesta bastante entrar. (Parece la de un camarote de un crucero básico.) Precio no acorde al estado del hotel.

Pros:

Les gens étaient très amicaux et très accommodants.

Cons:

Le réfrigérateur de la chambre me semblait pas être froid lorsque l’on est arrivés. C’est le seul aménagement qui ne fonctionnait pas vraiment. À notre demande ils l’ont réparé !
