Good value for money
Pros:

The location is excellent. Right in the old quarter, but on a quiet street. Slept like a baby.

Cons:

The WiFi. It sucked. Has to go to a cafe nearby to actually get work done.

Pros:

The communication with staff was good. They arranged a taxi pickup for us from the airport. Location was good and the room was a good size. A solid 8 for price paid.

Cons:

I bit dirty. The plumbing leaked and hot water was an issue at times. The couch was old and uncomfortable.

Peccato! Un hotel lasciato andare e mai manutenuto

La struttura è in un quartiere vivo e comunque abbastanza centrale. La ristrutturazione ormai vecchia di 15 anni molto interessante infatti ha vinto un premio o della associazione architetti, ma credo non sia mai più stata passata nemmeno una mano di vernice da allora

Cons:

Nessun servizio nemmeno a pagamento, abbastanza sporco, letto assolutamente vergognoso… materassi da cambiare perché sfondati e lenzuola bucate. Non presente un copri materasso. Inoltre i due bagni avevano i soffioni doccia ridicoli e rotti

Llegamos muy temprano. Nos mandaron la clave de la puerta y pudimos dejar las maletes en el hotel y salir.

Location, rooms were very nice

Cons:

Arrived late - not told that ac was not working in room - fan was not adequate - was not a comfortable night. They offered some money back the next day when told about it on WhatsApp - unfortunately they did not follow up - despite promising they would work it out.

It was a beautiful stay in a terrific old neighborhood in Buenos Aires. A very special place.
Pros:

San Telmo Suites is a beautiful historic hotel in downtown Buenos Aires. The room and facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff were very kind and professional and I felt right at home during my stay.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer because of other obligations. I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about the accommodations. I might like to see more food offerings in the hotel.
