Aunque parezca mentira me desapareció toda la ropa interior del closet de mi habitación.
No quise denunciarlo en el hotel porque era completamente absurdo lo que me había ocurrido, dado que se trataba de una ropa interior sin un valor especial.
Llevo años yendo a este hotel, antes Kempinski, y siempre había tenido una estancia estupenda. Esta vez aparte de lo ya mencionado, una tarde al volver al hotel me encontré la puerta de mi habitación abierta. No sé cuánto tiempo estuvo así.
Esto sí lo comuniqué y me pidieron disculpas por el hecho y me dejaron un pequeño plato de fruta en la habitación, pero es algo que jamás me había ocurrido en mi vida en ningún hotel donde he estado.
En fin, que esta estancia no fue buena.

غرفتين وصالة واسعة، والتنظيف اليومي رائع، سرعة التشيك ان والتشيك اوت. يتواجد شطافات إلكترونية في الجمامات
موقع الفندق يعتبر جيد نوعا ما، الاسرة مريحة، بالقرب من الفندق توجد بقالة سفن اليفن. الجميع يتحدث الانجليزية.

That was advertised as a two bedroom flat but the second bedroom wasn’t a double bed but rather sofa bed and was only for a single person.

Je pensais avoir réservé à Shanghai un hôtel du même niveau que The One, que j’avais adoré à Barcelone — une expérience parfaite, sans aucune faute. Du coup, je suis parti confiant, persuadé que ce serait tout aussi exceptionnel.
Malheureusement, ça n’a rien à voir. On s’est retrouvés dans un hôtel vieillissant, avec des chambres décevantes, une literie inconfortable, un petit-déjeuner catastrophique et un service inexistant. Malgré nos réclamations, même après avoir échangé avec le manager qui reconnaissait plusieurs problèmes, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé.
La situation était telle qu’on a décidé d’écourter notre séjour — impossible de rester une nuit de plus. Même des détails basiques, comme le pain du petit-déjeuner, semblaient dater de la veille, voire de l’avant-veille.
Le plus frustrant, c’est qu’on a payé plus cher — environ 150 € de plus — alors qu’on avait largement les moyens de trouver bien mieux ailleurs. Je regrette vraiment ce choix, et c’est sûr : plus jamais.
