夜到着で、夕食付にできたのが良かった。スパイシーなチキンカレーが美味しかった。帰国後メールでインボイスをリクエストしたが、迅速に対応してくれた。

Cons:

特によくないというほどではないが、設備全般が外資系ホテルのモダンな印象を残しつつ、老朽化し始めている印象。

The Housekeeping.
When I checked in at 2 AM and headed to the shower, the handle came straight off! The "maintenance man" came, took the handle and was not seen again. The reception offered a Standard King which I refused. I had paid for a Deluxe King. Long story short, he relented and I was given a Deluxe King room. Why did he not offer me a Deluxe King in the first instance? When I checked in, he said that he was giving me the "best room" in the hotel, to his knowledge. He also blamed the loose shower handle on a wedding party.

When I asked if there was any safe in the room, another staff member said he will "bring one tomorrow". Needless to say, that did not happen.

The housekeeping is abysmal, to put it mildly. The second room has stains (looks like blood) in the sheets. The walls around the toilet look like it was last cleaned a long, long while ago. The bath towels were shades of grey and brown. The carpets in the corridor were so stained and battered that you couldn't make out what it could be like when it was new.

I have stayed in numerous Quality Inn hotels in North America. This one brings shame to the brand. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. More like any cheap motels along the highways.
