lovely place to stay but a bit to much for many for the room.
Pros:

location of the hotel was great and the owners were very nice and helpful with recommendations. also the room was very clean.

Cons:

room was a bit small cold at the back as the heat pump wasn't on and took a bit of time to get going. the wifi didn't work very well and the kitchen area didn't have enough stuff to make anything.

You can stay at a 5 star hotel in Wellington for cheaper prices.
Walls are thin, allowing you to hear everything including intimate moments next door.
We would NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Stylish room, nice courtyard

It isn't a hotel. It is a Motel. A very nice Motel, but I had specific needs and expectations, which is why I booked a hotel so I was pretty disappointed.

If it had been marketed as a boutique hotel and Inhad chose that I would have been very satisfied.

The shower was so powerful and with such fine flows through the shower head that it was actually painful! The bathroom door was a noisy slider and so if you wake up and need the loo in the middle of the night you wake up your partner .

Good location overlooking the sea
Pros:

Hosts were most welcoming and helpful. We were in the main building with a view over the sea. Good breakfast. Bed too soft for my liking – but that’s just a personal preference. About 15 minutes walk into town centre. About 30 minutes walk to The Pier - a pub serving good food.
