Poor service, No shampoo in bathroom, kettle not working , it was a family trip with Infants but the rooms were given on

My experience was not good at all .

1. Rooms were not properly ready.
2. ⁠it was a family trip with infants, sadly both of my rooms were given on different floors
3. ⁠Shampoo bottles were empty in the bathroom
4. ⁠electric kettle was not working

Overall , I was not expecting such an experience in a hotel like Radisson blu.
