Cons:

There was no proper greetings , staff was taking lot of time there were many delays in room service , buffet , or even while al-carte dinner. The cvomplimentary food optios were only milk , khichdi and oats . Don't know how any child can only eat these three things every time. When whilst room service we asked for extra plate which they said is chargeable at Rs 170/- per plate .

Clean, close to the airport and staff work really hard to enhance you have a good stay.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

Certain items need replacing in the bathroom and having to ask for the refills. The sun beds did not have base cushion on the rattan beds and you could feel metal bars as you laid on them.
The breakfast was repetitive, standard.
