Good welcome by the reception staff.

Cons:

The room was not pleasant:
- toilet roll holder was barely hanging on the wall and the roll kept falling off
- bath tap was very loose
- mirrors and glass surfaces had a lot of marks. Poor appearance showed lack of cleanliness.
- tea and coffee had not been topped up, although staff was helpful when we asked for some
- slow service in the restaurant during the evening meal, lot of staff but not very attentive
