Pros:

I've stayed at a "sister" property for many years and enjoyed it. Most of what I expected was fine.

The property offers free drinks and snacks, which is a nice gesture. However, potato chips were placed in a large bowl. I started to take some before remembering some old research about bacteria counts in candy dishes at restaurants.

Cons:

One thing was outrageous: the $50 "deposit" wasn't removed when we checked out. When we called--more than once, in order to reach a manager authorized to fix the problem--we were assured that it would be removed. It was not. Luckily, we remembered to check our bank statement a week later, when it would have shown up. We again had to call several times; the different manager that we connected with promptly removed the charge and emailed a statement. I've checked my credit card account, and it has indeed been removed.

Very pleasant, but adverting for happy hour and breakfast was misleading. Neither seemed to have adequate supplies.

I highly recommend this hotel. From the staff to the location, it is top notch.

The morning breakfast was one of the best I've experienced, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect location and price. I highly recommend this hotel and I have stayed at many. Very few have been such terrific experience as we had staying at Garden Place Suites in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Pros:

An empty conference room was made available for a business call.

Cons:

Charged $25 for early check-in, even though we waited in the lobby until the room was ready. The room was comfortable enough for the purpose of continuing online work during the day due to a coverage outage at home. Did not end up staying the night as the bed was not very comfortable. Better than most hotels in town, over-priced and charged for every extra. I wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay if I were visiting from out of town. Other hotels have more charm / benefits for the price.

Great stay in Sierra Vista, and the Garden Place Suites was definitely one of the reasons why. I Highly recommend it.
Pros:

The location was superb and the service exceptional. Staff were very friendly and willing to help at all times. Definitely a great to stay in Sierra Vista.

Thought the price was going to be a great deal, but you get what you pay for.

Best hotel ever! Free snacks, drinks me, weekday dinner, and breakfast!
Pros:

I love this hotel! I love the happy hour snacks, free drinks, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, free dinner (unfortunately I wasn’t here on a weekday), very large room with kitchenette, couch and recliner, large desk, large bed, high water pressure shower and drains well, and lots of electrical outlets.

Cons:

Nothing!
