The weather was cold and wet but the hotel spa more than compensated!
Pros:

We went out for breakfast - there a many small restaurants nearby that do very nice breakfasts.
The spa facilities were fantastic - hot onsen pool plus different types of saunas.
Good location - 10 minutes walk to main shopping mall area, trams and bus stops.

Cons:

The room(s) temperature was a bit hot (27°C), we were unable to convince the AC to go down. Finally we had to turn the AC off and open the window to keep it at normal level.

3 stars i can rate based on my experience
Pros:

the breakfast is fine but it's exactly the same daily they should change and add new dishes specially that turkish breakfast is very diverse
the spa area is also good

Cons:

very expensive
not well maintained
very old not renovated
decoration is very basic and give you depression
the staff are not very welcoming
very few speak English
very poor coffee setup no machines they said only in the suites
there is no shower gel the don't chk to replace but u have to call for that
towels were very poor quality and no fresh smell and they don't replace the robe
many things are ruined here ,the safe ,the lock , the ac is not controllable, i found some insect on my bed
thrir internal swimming pool is very poor

Harika bir konaklama.
Pros:

Otel çok güzel bir konumda. Temizlik, personel, yemekler... çok memnun kaldım. Kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi. Oda düzeni tatmin ediciydi. Bursa'da konaklanacak ideal bir yer. Çevresinde güzel restoranlar var. Ulu Cami'ye biraz uzun bir yürüyüş mesafesinde.
