Nasty and very dirty towels and bed linens.

It was good. The staff are very helpful. Highly recommended for those looking for an affordable short stay in Makati.

I stayed years ago, excellent conditions and staff. After COVID, the property is divided between two companies and obvious the difference between the two in cleanliness and service. The room was extremely dirty however, the staff made sure the room was up to par. DragonLink shares the building with an obvious level of professionalism and cleanliness. My overall stay was a good stay.

There was no television and basically the property was not very clean Needs completely to be renovated

The place is totally disgusting PLUS the unused condom found inside the cabinet, i just forgot to take a photo. Soiled beddings and linens. Clogged toilet. ALL THE WORST Name it, they have it!

Water heater not working, and no slippers provided. Asking assistance from their staff was super terrible: took how many times to request, so I have to go down myself multiple times to look for them, and still no solution for defective water heater, and slipper. Response: just buy from 7-11 for the slipper, and the water heater is really defective there because it exploded, no one even checked it during my 2-day stay despite reports.

Poor service messy rooms horrible people on front desk

the place was very clean,,,,,,and also no cockroaches,,,,which most several have in Makati,,,,,,there internet didn't work at all,,,they say they would fix but never did,,,,,stayed there 6 days they never cleaned room once,,,,had to take my own trash out,,,,had to ask for clean towels many times...

No hot water; no parking area except street parking

I stay at del soho once or twice a month and have always found it satisfactory

Apartment was a little bit older but it was in good shape overall.

Good location in Makati,close to all dining,transport and shopping.

Make sure to ask for balcony room not all have it

The bathroom door handle is broken and almost falling apart.. the faucet by the kitchen sink is leaking drops of water..

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks, it was a hotel that we already knew and the location was good for where we needed to be. The lady in reception was very helpful and friendly, the security guards were all polite and good. All in all it worked well for us and I would stay there again.

They couldn't find my reservation was after hours, had wait for multiple calls take place. Finally got a room and was very dirty and half things where broke including toilet seat and tv and fridge. So. As a left and went to another hotel and just lost my money on that place!!!!

I needed a place to stay for a few days within Makati and found this hidden gem. For the same price there are better options, but the location is great. While not the most fancy place, you do have a plus of a fridge, stove, and microwave so you can buy and cook your own food during your stay. The only downside is there is no wi-fi, but you can go nextdoor to the Coreon Internet cafe which has net speeds up to 100mbps.

This place would be great as a vacation rental or you have business to take care of within the city.
