Pros:

The staff was lovely and cleaned the room everyday. The stairs and windows could use better cleaning, maybe they are short of staff. Good location if you have a bike. Thank you guys!

Road facing and was extremely noisy. The garden view should be quieter ( can’t confirm as did not stay)

Nice stay in Koh Samui
Pros:

Located near Sheraton Hotel. It is a bit of a longer walk to Chaweng beach but there is a small beach across the road. The room was comfortable and had a good AC. The staff were very friendly and answered my questions. There is a great bakery next door perfect for coffee, cakes and breakfast. They even do a keto breakfast and home baked bread.

Cons:

There is a restaurant on the corner that plays country music in the afternoon. This was a bit annoying as I felt I was in Nashville instead of Thailand.
The room had a bit of a stale smell but after opening a window and ventilating it a bit, the smell was ok. It must be the moisture outside.

Everything was amazing . The beach is 2 minutes away from the hotel. Everyone was so helpful . The owner is the cutest owner ever. Don't hesitate to book from here .

Good enough for a few days!
Pros:

Staff were lovely! Room was very big!! Working AC & Fridge, was given plenty of toiletries! Good location if you rent a bike!

Cons:

The rooms at the front of the building hear the road noise very loudly! Around the windows & window seating area was rather dirty & the floor, but important part of bedding & bathroom was clean! TV also didn’t work as was very old so just constant static came from it.

Looking forward to staying again!
Pros:

Staff was excellent, and the room was large and clean with housekeeping daily. The extra water bottles each day were a nice touch. There is a little cafe for breakfast downstairs as well as a restaurant just next door for dinner.

Cons:

It is a bit difficult to walk to town because it is located on a busy highway, however, if you have a scooter or use Grab you'll have no issues at all.
