Pros:

Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here every time I come to Kyiv.

A Spring Trip in Kyiv
Pros:

The location is excellent! It’s located in the center of Kyiv so it’s close to many great restaurants and not far from just about any entertainment or attraction you’d like to experience. The breakfast was also great with many options like vegetables, meat, cereal, yogurt and even a chef that’ll make a custom omelette for you. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and clothes washing service was very professional.

Everything about staying at this property is good. I've been in seven countries in five weeks on this trip and this was the most comfortable bed of all hotels. The buffet breakfast was really good - I spent an hour at breakfast every morning and it cost the equivalent of 10 Euros. I could walk to most things in the city which is very spread out.

THE BEST HOTEL/INN

This hotel is great:)) I got a suite on the 10th floor:)) well worth the extra $40 a night. Living room, 2 bathrooms, plenty of storage. I love the mini fridge that is stocked daily with drinks and candy (it's the little touches like this that make me happy) The "Professional Cleaning Team" are awesome. The Breakfast is great - so much to choose from and delicious. Go ahead and add breakfast to your hotel stay, you are not going to find a better breakfast for $11. All the employees work hard here so please leave a little tip for each service. I can assure you they will be "Shocked" tipping is not the norm in Ukraine.

Super hotel!Very good location-mostly evrything around...but best-its a food.evry morning introduced a different food...my personal compliment to chef Irina..absolutely frendly stuff on frontdesk and housekeeper.if i go to Kiev-will choose only this hotel.

I was impressed with the hotel . I wanna say it seems more high end than I expected from Holidays Inn. Was very impressed with the staff , super friendly. And 24/7 room service. So comfortable for tired travelers who specially had long flights and too tired to go out. The food is nice as well.
