Lage direkt im Zentrum am Mark, Restaurants in der Nähe, Zimmer angenehm, sauber zweckmäßig, gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider kein zweites oder anderes Kissen. Habe aber auch nicht gefragt.

Lovely small hotel with very clean and quiet rooms plus helpful staff
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful and proactive staff, anticipating potential issues with our late arrival and making sure we could check in without issue. Super quiet at night, not a peep to be heard from the street or neighboring rooms. The possibility to arrange a late check.out so that we could work on our laptops a bit longer before leaving. Exceptionally clean room. Everyone from the staff was friendly and nice to interact with, including the cleaning team.

Cons:

The shower handle was a bit hard to move between warm and cold water. The bathroom (no window) did not have a working van/exhaust (or we were unable to find it), which might lead to dampness issues over time (no issues visible or detectable while we were there!).

Kein (Self)check-in möglich
Cons:

Ich kann es kurz machen: als ich abends ankam, wollte ich mich an dem angepriesenen 24/7 self-check-in versuchen. Der Ablauf ist einfach und klar- nur war der Encorder für das Beschreiben einer neuen Schlüsselkarte offline. Dementsprechend konnte ich einchecken, aber nie eine funktionierende Karte nutzen - ergo: ich bin nie auf mein Zimmer gekommen. Die angegebenen Telefonnummer waren alle tot, klingelten nicht mal. Via whats app, worüber ich Nachrichten erhielt, reagiert auch niemand.
Und nun finden Sie mal in dieser Gegend nach 22 Uhr ein anderes Hotel. Ich habe mit viel Glück gegen 1 Uhr (!!!) Ca. 20km entfernt ein Hostel gefunden, dass mich aufgenommen hat.
Zu meinem Entsetzen erhielt ich, trotz Nachrichten und zig Anrufversuchen, bisher keine Reaktion vom Gastgeber - entsprechend auch nicht mein Geld zurück. Insgesamt unfassbar.
