Scammed $200 out of my bank 3 days after I left for no reaso

I stayed Sunday night, paid a $200 bond, which I got back the next day, but now it's Wednesday and they take out another $200 from my bank for no reason what so ever

Cons:

The room had a funny smell. The room was outdated and carpet was really stained and just felt dirty.
It was ok for one night. Could do with more pillows.

Horrible , unclean, male staff said inappropriate things

Cons:

Firstly, I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. There were hairs in the shower base and track, blood stains and marks on the doona, mismatched glasses, and a dirty kettle both inside and out. The toilet roll holder was broken and a half used roll was sitting on the vanity These issues are unacceptable and did not meet the standard of hygiene expected.

Additionally, I encountered inappropriate behaviour from the male reception staff. Upon check-in, he made an inappropriate remark, and later, when I inquired about a late check-out, I asked for his name. His response was, "You can call me baby," which I found highly unprofessional and offensive. Furthermore,  he was outside the front of the hotel smoking and did not put his cigarette out before speaking with me, which I found quite disrespectful and unprofessional.

The roof fans in the room were extremely loud throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

Comfortable stay at a prime location - Lygon Street - yey! Great restos right next door!
Pros:

Location was superb -- close to everything! We were in Melbourne for the Australian Open and everything was accessible!

Cons:

Nothing really... but maybe the property can spruce up the Reception area, as it's a bit dingy and didn't have such a welcoming feel. But staff were friendly and helpful. It's just the look or vibe at the entrance.
