Not bad but there are better options in the area
Pros:

Good location, close to hospital which is why I stayed there. Lots of good food & coffee close by.
Bed was surprisingly comfortable.
On site parking - although this was questionable.

Cons:

Staff not overly helpful.
Onsite parking very tight and while I understand you park at your own risk, I really did not appreciate my car being absolutely covered in dirt and white dust from them demolishing a side of the building into the bottom of the carpark.
A little bit of care would’ve been nice.

Cost is up, facilities are down, cleanliness is still great. Will consider for next trip.
Pros:

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. I had asked for a balcony, which I got, however I should have specified, street facing balcony. My fault. This is about my 5th stay here and although not perfect every time, has been good value for money. Paid a bit more this time. I also learned that if you book direct (by phone) , the off street parking is free. Be aware not to book direct on line. I got caught last time by a scam that doubled the price. Fortunately that was sorted.

Cons:

I usually wash, dry and put away my dishes (ordered from the amazing variety of restaurants within walking distance). This time there was only 1 fork (and I had two meals). There was no dishwashing liquid or tea towel. There were two hairdryers though!!!

Staff were very responsive and offered to swap my room as soon as I notified them of the issue.

Strange smell in room I was first allocated and air conditioners had clearly not been cleaned in a long time - this may have contributed to the smell.
