Nice clean hotel room with good breakfast
The balcony as it was not private
Staff were lovely and super helpful. Bed was super comfy.
My room was really dirty, dirty toilet, hairs in the shower. I asked to move rooms and was moved with no problems. Unfortunately it was the same again in the second room so I called reception again. They then upgraded me to a bigger room and gave me a voucher for a free drink which was super lovely of them. They handled it really well.
Unfortunately the room was still quite bad, dirt on the floor and hairs on the bed etc and in the sink. The wardrobe was also falling apart.

I asked for an early check in 12.30 but when we arrived at 1.00 we were told our room was not ready as the hotel had been really busy for the past 2 nights. I am surprised that there wasn’t one room ready.

Housekeeping was seriously lacking, empty yeh bag packets, lack of towels, dirty shower, tea and coffee not replenished, coffee stain on inside of lampshade, wardrobe chipped and damaged
