Cleanliness, shower not clean nor rugs by the bed. Room very noisy with staff/guests constantly walking by

Nothing the place is exceptional
Easy check in. Stopped here 4 times now. Chosen different rooms each time. Its in a good location and its easy to find and get to.
Beware the underground car park, they are the smallest car parking spaces in newcastle so be carefull if its busy.
Friendly staff and clean
We didn’t think the restaurant menu had enough variety. Too many hamburger and chip on each of the “street food” options.

Location was key right in the middle of Newcastle. It has parking facilities, although in the middle of Newcastle it’s has easy access, the hotel is clean and the staff are very accommodating
