A very welcoming and decent hotel, great location and price.

The location and parking was great. Great looking decor and the staff wee superb.

Lovely stay at the Indigo
Pros:

Excellent location, staff were all helpful and courteous, and great breakfast.Fabulous stay and we were given a room in a quiet location as requested, greatly appreciated.

A Great Place to Stay in Downtown Newcastle, UK.
Pros:

The room was lovely, nicely decorated. Lobby bar/cafe was very inviting.

Cons:

Internet access cut off very early on the morning of our departure. Would've been nice to have some grace period until our actual checkout time.

Pros:

The excellent staff bring this hotel up to an 8-9 out of 10. From checking in to the bar staff, friendly attentive and helpful. Could not praise them enough. The hotel itself has a lovely bar area which was quiet during our weekend stay, the bedroom on the smaller side but average for city stays. The room had a kingsized bed and armchair, a desk a wardrobe. Tea making facilities and a large and smaller towel each. Toiletries were provided. Shower was decent sized. The hotel itself was not too noisy late into the night which is great for a bustling city on match day, we also had a room close to the lift, but this didnt cause too much issue. TV also worked well which can often be an issue.
Overall we would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

Only minor, but I would like to see a bottle of water complementary in the rooms. It was available to purchase down stairs but, it would just be a nice touch.
