Would definitely come back
Pros:

Comfortable beds and good breakfast. We got caught up in the Gulf conflict chaos with cancelled flights. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and did what they could to try to contact our airline. They accommodated us for an extra 2 weeks and I can't praise and thank them highly enough. I would definitely stay here again.

Trevligt hotell med charm och bra läge.
Städpersonalen var otroligt trevliga å hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Personalen i receptionen var inte särskilt trevliga eller välkomnande.
Poolen på taket som de marknadsför var inte i drift pga läcka.
Fick en el-stöt av duschen i mitt rum, först skickade de upp en ingenjör, men han märkte inget, jag frågade flera ggr är det säkert, å han nickade bara ja. Jag provade igen å fick en stöt till, bad tillslut mitt resesällskap oxå känna å de fick oxå en liten smäll. Gick ner å klaga igen å de såg bara less ut å skulle skicka ingenjören igen. När det väl knacka på dörren så var det receptionisten med ett erbjudande om att byta rum, å det skötte de bra, men är inte säker att de tog problemet i rummet på allvar. Bodde där i ca 1v innan jag märkte det, men när jag väl kände det så gick det inte att undgå.
Så var lite nervös även i nya rummet, å resesällskap i annat rum hade inga problem så är inget övergripande problem men ändå allvarligt.
Då poolen på taket ej är i drift så finns enbart 9 solstolar vid den andra poolen, vi märkte dock inga problem med att få plats men åker man mer under högsäsong å gillar poolhäng så blir det problematiskt.
Även Negativt att de städar inte balkongen om man ej ber om det.

Dobrý poměr kvalita - cena
Pros:

Hotel menší, vybavení starší, ale zachovalé. Všude čisto. Na pláž necelých 10 minut chůze. Město dostupné pěšky, v okolí hotelu je vše potřebné. Personál velmi příjemný a ochotný.

Cons:

V koupelně nebyla vana, ani zástěna, což při sprchování působilo určité komplikace. Do umyvadla byla přivedena pouze studená voda. Připojení k WIFI bylo nutné často obnovovat, docházelo k samovolnému odpojení.

Emplacement correct et personnel sympa. Rien d'autre de valable. Pour le reste c'est une belle arnaque

Cons:

Beaucoup de manquements:
1. la piscine principale sur le toit non accessible et depuis longtemps bâtiment délabré (voir 3 photos)
2. Salle de bain, juste un robinet d'eau froide, pas de baignoire comme prévu, écoulement d'eau ne se fait pas, toute la sdb sous eau, deux jours pour une réparation (nettoyage du sterput)
3. Nombreux problèmes avec l'air conditionné : impossible de le régler, eau qui coule de l'appareil, flaque d'eau au sol de +/- 1 mètre de diamètre (intervention 5 jours de suite pour réparer + promesse d'un nouveau jamais arrivé),
4. La chambre ne contenait pas ce qui devait y être, pas de minibar, ni de téléphone (obligation à chaque problème de descendre à la réception, téléphone promis pour le deuxième jour à notre départ (9 nuits !!!) toujours pas là,
5. Douche à plusieurs reprises que de l'eau froide
6. seconde piscine eau stagnante et produit agressif pour les yeux dedans car pas de renouvellement de l'eau
7. déjeuner (repas matin) asiatique ok, continental très faible à part les 4 possibilités des oeufs.
Plusieurs messages à la direction sans la moindre réponse.

Excellent located hotel with hospitable staff
Pros:

Very friendly staff in this hotel helping out with every issue. Our room on the ground floor was huge with the pool just outside. Plenty of decorations everywhere giving Wannara character. Location is close to Hua hin beach and there are also plenty of eateries around. Our favorite was a german restaurant "Treffpunkt" serving german and thai dishes. 100 meter from hotel. Breakfast at hotel was okay.
