Great hotel and location.. just need to pack your own breakfast if you stay here
Pros:

Very clean and well decorated. Location is also strategically well situated near restaurants after a long day in the slopes.

Cons:

Lack of personnel for the cafe. It also has no hotel breakfast, it is served by the in-site Starbucks and they were short staffed, only one person working, so the lines and wait times were long.

Pros:

Property was realy wonderful. I would stay there in the future.

Cons:

On the 2 days I was there, the poor Assistant Manager had to cover both the front desk and the bar and breakfast area. She did a great job, but it was way too much, and resulted in some delays both places. Maybe graduation left you short staffed that particular day?

Pros:

Being a senior citizen I really like having a walk-in shower. Less chance of fall than with a tub shower. Rooms always clean and roomy.

Being a senior citizen it would be nice if hotels had comfort height commodes.

Pros:

The hotel was quiet, clean, modern and comfortable and in a good location. We wanted a diner experience in the morning and we walked down to Troys which was a great experience too.
