Localisation superbe mais prestations à améliorer
Pros:

La localisation est superbe dans l’horloge
Dinner correct mais les plats ne sont pas très variés

Cons:

Room service catastrophique
Il faut les appeler et relancer pour nettoyer la chambre sinon ils le font pas systématiquement et quand c’est fait c’est médiocre
Petit déjeuner très moyen
Dîner : des plats sont chauffés et resservis
Staff : à améliorer le service n’est pas au niveau du prix payé

proximity to the haram was great, lifts were a bit busy and confusing at first but its very much manageable once you get the hang of it, initially for 4 nights on a seperate booking, we were giving a nice triple room, for the next 2 nights on a seperate booking with the same room type we were upgraded to the presidential suite by the two wonderful ladies at the reception,which tbh was lovelyyyy. The customer service was great as they kept on calling us to inquire if we were comfortable snd at ease even a day before our stay was supposed to start, the gym was pretty decent for a hotel and i had two good workouts there. breakfast buffet was decent too
