Great and Amazing
Pros:

Excellent hospitality from staff, Room was great, food was great.

Cons:

Nothing to be fair. Perhaps minor thing, there was no dental care in the room, also had to call housekeeping to get a slipper

Ideal location, good value for money with clean rooms and nice facilities
Pros:

Location is ideal right next to clock tower and 5-10 min walk to Haram. Breakfast was good with lot of options. Room was quite clean and housekeeping staff were responsive especially Aamir was very hospitable. Internet was great and family apartment with double bedroom, 2 bathrooms and spacious living room + dining table was ideal for my family size. Comparing to similar properties in the vicinity, night rate for the room was lower and more economical.

Cons:

The small kitchen in the apartment did not have a stove or microwave. If that was available, it would be perfect. On checkout, it took almost 40 min to get the trolley to take my luggage, despite several reminders so I got late with the checkout by 1 hour, otherwise overall it was a good experience

The only downside to our stay was the bathroom. It was very old, outdated, and could benefit from renovation.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping team was outstanding, especially Rabiul Hossain on the 7th floor, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The restaurant staff were also very helpful, particularly Imdad Mondol, who was always attentive and courteous. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

Séjour gâché par des nuisances sonores non résolues

Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits particulièrement décevant à cause d’un bruit incessant provenant d’enfants dans les chambres/couloirs voisins, qui nous a empêché de dormir correctement chaque nuit.

Le plus regrettable n’est pas tant le bruit en lui-même que l’absence totale de réaction de la réception : malgré nos signalements, aucune solution n’a été proposée (ni changement de chambre, ni intervention auprès des familles concernées, ni geste commercial). Après trois nuits consécutives dans ces conditions, nous nous attendions à un minimum de prise en charge de la part de l’équipe.

Un établissement qui n’assure pas la tranquillité de ses clients, malgré des remontées répétées, ne peut malheureusement pas être recommandé pour un séjour reposant.
