Pros:

Shockingly bad service. I injured my foot and requested first aid kit and they did not have plasters. They instead instructed me to go to the pharmacy with bleeding foot myself. I’m paying £300 a night and they could not help source me a bandage or a plaster. This is not what you should expect from a 5 star hotel. Poor.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman Zamzam. The room was impressively spacious, spotless, and well maintained, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The property facilities were also excellent, and everything felt modern and well taken care of. A microwave in the room would have been a perfect addition, especially for longer stays.

The location could not be better—just a two-minute walk to Masjidil Haram (Ka’bah) and directly above shopping malls, which made access extremely convenient. It truly feels like staying in a prestigious and central area.

Staff were generally helpful and professional during the day, though I found the reception service at midnight a little less welcoming than expected. A warmer approach from the late-night team would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.

In summary, this hotel offers comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location. I would happily stay again and recommend it to others looking for convenience and a sense of luxury near the Haram.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel as a family of five. The facilities were good—clean and functional. However, our initial experience was frustrating. Despite booking for five people, we were given a room with only two single beds, which was clearly inadequate.
When we raised the issue, we were told that the hotel didn’t have a setup for five guests, which was surprising and disappointing (as five star hotel). As a gesture, they offered us free breakfast, which was appreciated but didn’t solve the core problem. After escalating the matter to the manager, initially i was offered coats. My kids have passed the coat stage. we were finally upgraded to a more suitable room.
While the resolution was satisfactory in the end, it took extra effort and discomfort to get there. If you're traveling with a larger group, I’d recommend confirming room arrangements in advance. The staff were polite and responsive once the issue reached management, and that made a big difference. Specially the manager who delt with the problem was polite and really helpful. i would definitely stay again.

Toilet was not functioning and nobody fixed it even after calling front desk several times. Avoid this hotel if possible. Furniture was outdated. Windows were dirty and could not see haram clearly.

Issue with the room when we checked in and then we talked to the duty manager Mohammad he is very polite and accommodating person he listen our issue and Asked desk staff Ahmad to help us and Ahmad gave us some good options and finally we pay some extra and upgraded to Presidential suite. That is a lovely option as we have Haram view Alhamdulillah.
Again thanks for Mohammed and Ahmed for making our stay very comfortable.
