Pros:

The room was good, location is prefect

Cons:

Breakfast was a disaster, you can’t even find a table
We stayed 1.5 hours on the line for check in, there was a staff circling and helped the guest with “room booking” for faster check in but “the suites” had to wait on the line

very happy , we can pray comfort at haram and see kabah, 5times shalah everyy day

near from haram, overal is ok.. ist very nice cause the property give us reward with upgrade our room

Cons:

can't be extend automatically, need manual chekout in receptionis chekcin with 3 different booking with same name.. total about 7 days..
