The hotel was well maintained and the stuff very friendly and helpful.
The room quality was good, but the functionality and ergonomics very very poor.
For example no closet, but only a bar to hang the clothes and space for the luggage underneath.
No lighting at all on this space and it was impossible to See and find things inside the luggage. Many issues also with lighting in the bathroom.

First of all let’s talk about he positives. The hotel is really beautiful, the room (I had a corner suite) is spectacular and the location is terrific. But this wasn’t a perfect stay. There was an issue with the booking that wasn’t resolved until the next day. No guest should be waiting overnight for resolution to an issue (that was clearly their problem) and the staff were very quick to blame my ignorance for the issue, which wasn’t the case at all. Also, the food is average. It’s almost universally tasteless (lack of seasoning) and the meat they use isn’t the best. It’s a good hotel, but I wouldn’t return. There are better in Jakarta.

One of the more luxurious hotels in Central Jakarta. Nice location. Superb Breakfast. Great staff.
The only downfall was our phone in the room was not working even after we notified staff and the engineer came and repaired it. It still have to be repaired again. However great hotel

I only stay for 1 night for out Anniversary, 1st the gave us room facing the construction so later on i ask them if it possible to change room, and they move us to a better view room..with the help of the manager Mr. Alan (if i’m not mistaken). Our butler ms. Ruri also help me made a reservation for our dinner, and when they found out i’m on my wedding anniversary.. they also gave us a small tiramisu cake to the room..and the breakfast was superb, they also have a la carte menu for us to order beside the buffet, the menu it self different from what we have on buffet.. my husband had a lobster benedict for breakfast and it was so delicious made by chef candra.. we also serve by the helpful mr shekyu that made our breakfast very enjoyable.. fells like we have our own butler ... definitely will be back again.. with the kids .. thank You Hotel Keraton.. keep up the good work

Good Location. Staff were all very fast, helpful, and courteous. Toiletries by Byredo was great. There's a Bose sound system in the room which can go pretty loud. TV quality was not very good though.

Had to change room 3 times, once the airconditioning not working otger included noise and mosquitos inside the room. Not acceptable for a 5 star.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. From Room service, check-in/out, Breakfast and Spa, I really have no complaints at all and strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel.
Just an improvement: the bathroom's floor is wet very easily because of the shower, so be careful.

Very nice hotel at a very strategic location. Hotel staff surprised us with a wedding anniversary cake.

On my last stay for six nights, I found, once again, that the Keraton is my favourite hotel.
As the staff in the restaurant became aware of my tastes, they started making suggestions, and making food for me, fish the way I like it, and other things too. I really felt welcomed.
And of course the rooms are amazing.
I am a business traveller, and stay at hotels all over the world.
This one truly stands out.

Nice hotel connected to Plaza Indonesia. Staff are well trained. Room a bit dated in need of new wall paper. Wonderful breakfast.

Service here is at best, 3.5 stars. They need IMPROVEMENT. I really wanted to like this hotel, because the suite was very well appointed, spacious and high ceilings. But however, from the time I stepped into the room, everything went downhill. There was a very strong smell in the room, like burnt rubber or some strong burning smell. It was so overwhelming that I felt nauseous and headache. They brought an air purifier but it barely helped! The housekeeping said he couldn’t smell anything and that it was “normal”! It was so bad, couldn’t sleep or even stand to be in the living room to enjoy TV. Then, tried to take a bath. But it was leaking water all over the floor! Housekeeping and maintenance came to fix it, and they mopped the floor with a smelly mop, left the bathroom smelling horrible! I do not think I’ll return.
