Room was comfortable and large for 3 of us. In a quiet location. Serviced everyday. Clean. Coffee and tea making facitlities and milk provided.
The showerscreen door leaked so water was everywhere on the floor. Had to mop up with towels all the time. The seating area in the foyer and bar area should provide phone and laptop charging points everywhere.
Sehr gute Logistik (Abholung von/zum Flughafen und zu den Ausflügen)
Zimmer am 2. Tag bis spät nachmittags nicht geputzt.
Although my room had been cleaned, it smelled strongly of stale smoke - not ok when you are paying 450 per night. Food and restaurant service were very ordinary for what they are charging. Needlessly inflexible policy and staff re check in and check out times. This is my third visit to Uluru, and service has definitely deteriorated.
Liked rooms
More food options at lunch
Convenient location and well organised for shuttle/tour buses.
Noisy rooms next to each other, especially when people leaving early for sunrise tours.
Our balcony was filthy and the room carpet was dusty. Certainly not five star
Most days we had to ask for our room to be made up (annoying when coming back from a 5-hour tour and nothing has been refreshed. We were supposed to get two bottles of water daily but only received on one occasion. We reminded the staff but this was not amended for the remainder of the stay
Organised, beautiful staff
Good ambience with several calming areas to relax
Rips in the sheets
Very convoluted way finding to our room
Some tired detailing
Location and lay out
Odd odour in the room
Room was good, lovely pool. Nice gardens.
Confusion at reception about getting our bags to our room. The person we dealt with was very nice but not sure of the best route to take.
room, dinner buffet, day beds by the pool, staff
Nothing
Lovely property, very open and attractive gathering spaces indoors and out. Large pool area with comfortable options for seating/lounging. My room was nicely equipped, very quiet, and private. I loved it.
The evening buffet was $105 before tip; the price needs to be posted somewhere so guests and visitors can decide if the food options are worth the steep price. The food was very good, but some of the offerings were things I’d never eat. Even considering the cost of importing, I thought the food prices were too high.
