Nice but could be improved.
Pros:

The location was really good and the balcony in the room was amazing.

Cons:

The pool was really cold, not many food options and the ones available were very low quality. Very expensive for what they offer. Also, none of the resorts activities were at this hotel so we always had to go to a different resort to attend them. Lastly, we had a lot of bugs in our room.

Lovely but the sounds of silence dinner is not worth it. Perhaps consider the general admission only.
Pros:

It was lovely. A real treat to stay in. Very well located and serviced. The restaurants were lovely. The staff around the resort were so friendly .

Cons:

The reception staff were uncommonly rude- especially to my mother we ps hard of hearing. It put a bad taste in our mouth. Sad way to start and end the stay. I left sunglasses on a table for the light show in the desert- this would be a common issue as it gets dark as you eat. They were not returned and obviously stolen. I feel very angry about this. Honesty of staff is paramount.

Great spot. Has its own lookout. Roomy.

Cons:

Not many car spaces. They could be bigger car spaces. Major drag having only two guest washing machines and two dryers.
