Quick check-in and good food at new restaurant at 1F. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommend to stay if visiting An-Ting area for automobile industry.

It's to far away from everything. But everyone was very nice and very helpful and very friendly in the hotel . We had a wonderful time . Clean room and good service

酒店地理不错， 整体设计属于商务兼休闲风格。毗邻的高尔夫球场是亮点，酒店内的泳池也不错。 房间及相应设施有些陈旧了，应该及时修补和更新。

We checked it, nobody greeted us, nobody offered to take our bars or help with our bags. Go to out room there are sunflower seeds that someone had soit out all over the hallway floor (ok maybe this just happend. 24 hours later still there. Also a pile of them in front of our door. Room was nice but temperature set at 25 degrees celsius. Tried to change it, it wouldn't change. Called the front desk, they said they will send someone. 30-40 min later. Nobody came. It was a Monday night, very few people at the hotel. Called again 15 minutes later guy came in and said 25 is as low as it can go for the entire floor. So we waited an hour for that? He said he could bring a fan. Ok thanks. 40 minutes later no fan. Called again 15 minutes later they brought and outdoor fan. I plugged it in it sounded like a jet engine next to my head, no thanks, I will just sleep hot.

The main we reason we stayed at this hotel was it was 5 starts and had a pool, a sauna, steam room, and a gym. Gym and pool were fine.

Sauna and steam room were a joke. The doors on both were not air tight. How stupid can you be. A 5 star hotel with a sauna and steam room with a glass door and metal hinge like (common design in China) so the air can escape. So neither the sauna nor steam room get hot. I barely was sweating after 20 minutes in the sauna. I asked them to turn up the temperature.

This place is an embarrassment to 5 star hotel and to the Crowne Plaza brand. I never leave reviews but after this garbage experience I had to. If it was a 3 star hotel I would have been satisfied...maybe. Rip the 5 stars of the side of this hotel.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. It is very big , clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly and could help in English. There are such a big choice at breakfast and the quality of the food is good. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Anting.

Reserved six nights but checked out after two and changed hotels. I have been to Shanghai several times and this was my third time this year, but every time I have been to a different district in Shanghai. The Crowne Plaza is a beautiful property with very large and well appointed rooms. The price is very reasonable, especially with my company rate. Almost everyone spoke English, what is unusual outside the Pudong and most touristy of areas. I was dissappointed with the WiFi, which is slow and spotty. That is same across all of China, but I expected more from the Crowne Plaza. The breakfast was incredible, with probably the most extensive selection of items of almost any breakfast buffet I have been too anywhere in the world, and they charge $28 for it. Dissappointed that breakfast was not included free as a membership perk, and too much food and $ for me to eat there everyday for breakfast. The major reason I left all this is because of the cost of food in the hotel and the complete lack of options off the property. The hotel is a great place to vacation, have a wedding or event, or to get away for the weekend, but to work it is too remote. I walked almost two miles before I found a place to eat dinner outside the hotel, and the hotel dinners are expensive and big productions. I just want a light, fast, dinner with a drink.

I came here to stay out of a last minute trip to come to Shanghai. The trip started with a drag and the hotel really lighten up my day/night. The room was very nice and comfortable which are exactly what I needed. The environment was very quiet. I did not have a chance to sample much of the food, but the breakfast was quite good and I had some even though I am not a breakfast person. The staff was very nice and I had a freebie drink because I am a IHG member. I am very happy with the overall experience out of my very stressful trip.

Very family friendly and very relaxing. Our rooms were spacious, the breakfast buffet delicious, and the pool was so fun! There was also a shuttle that took us to the nearest metro so we could travel to downtown. We love this place!

Was there on Business and the hotel has a shuttle bus which makes it really convenient. Do see the photo for the timings as of June 2019. The hotel has a wonderful pillow selection and also 'travel light' items for borrowing or rental at a low fee. The rooms were big with ample space for a nice working desk and couch for lounging in. Only doen side is that there are no eateries or shops nearby within walking distance. Had dinner there and the 小龙虾 was in season, the buffet spread had over 12 ways of having them done. Delish. There is an onsite gym and indoor pool which was comfortable for business travellers.

I liked the large and comfortable room, and the huge breakfast buffet. This is a good business hotel close to the automotive center in Anting. It is a large property, and it feels a bit impersonal. The check-out in the morning was slow, with only two staff behind the front desk. Otherwise very happy with my short stay.

Very good place for business stay, very close to most of the offices in Anting. Also Hotel provides free service each hour. From last 3 years staying in this premises and amazing people in hotel who support all the time... Breakfast is good with lot of hot choices. if you explain the chef the

Stayed one night for work as meeting took place near the auto industrial area. The hotel is also a golf resort so it’s quite big but obviously it serves quite some nearby companies as they have regular shuttle to several companies during the morning and late afternoon. The room was alright. But not sure if the premises is too big or they have policy to save energy, public area including restaurants were not heated in December, couldn’t get coats off. Concierge staff were helpful but staff at reception were like amateurs so it took quite some time to check in and out.

I was there for work the first time with some colleagues. We booked all the rooms together, was being told our rate included breakfast. However, one of our colleagues went down for breakfast and the restaurant staff told him that he had to pay for his breakfast. So we clarified with front desk and they said they would talk to the restaurant staff. But I guess not, we were rushing out to an early meeting so he paid anyway and when we did the check out altogether, the front desk staff said that they were unable to subtract that from the bill because the amount was paid directly to the restaurant.
We were in a rush to the airport so didn’t want to waste our time for CNY 1xx but really, the front desk could have done something instead of telling us there’s nothing they could do!!

非常值得

Unfortunately this hotel doesn't quite hit the mark like other Crowne Plaza's I have stayed in around China. The staff are very pleasant and try to be as helpful as they can but unfortunately, lack of English and being over ruled by Management let it down. I have stayed here on several occasions due to work, and unfortunately it is the only hotel that is conveniently close to the office that the company books.
The room temperature controller is there purely for display purposes as it does nothing to the temperature. This is controlled by a central unit in the hotel apparently set to HOT, which means you do not get a comfortable nights sleep. Showers are warm, not hot and the food is luke warm, not hot, as it is always left uncovered getting cold. All issues have been pointed out to the hotel and customer relations, but seem to be ignored as nothing has changed all the times I visit. (Always the same issues raised). Also I wouldn't bother paying for lounge access as it is no where near as good as other IHG lounges I have used in the past. Has potential but could try alot harder.

Unfortunately the hotel management have decided that the guest comfort comes second when compared to saving money. No air conditioner in the rooms , which are far too hot to sleep. Water temperature is Luke warm in the bathroom and shower. Saves gas I guess. If I had to spend a dime to stay here I would not. Staff are very nice and polite. Reception staff often do not speak English. I used to recommend this hotel but no longer do that . Hopefully another brand will be found by my company and I can relocate.
