Pros:

The girl in the reception was very helpful. Also the room was every day clean. Thumps up for that very good job to the employees.

Cons:

The pillows. At least for me they were really bad.

Super Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Zentral in Basel gelegen, man erreicht zu Fuß bequem alles im Zentrum. Es ist nicht allzu groß, was jetzt für uns aber kein Problem war. Das Personal war super nett und das Frühstück für uns mehr als ausreichend. Das Zimmer war für eine Übernachtung mehr als ausreichend.

Cons:

Der einzige Minuspunkt in unseren Augen sind die fehlenden Parkplätze. Hier muss man das Auto etwas weiter weg auf ausgewiesenen Plätzen oder aber Tiefgaragen parken. Was natürlich zusätzlich kostet. Und auch je ein kleiner Fußmarsch bedeutet. Mit wenig Gepäck ist das kein Thema. Mit mehreren Koffern &/ Kindern könnte das etwas schwierig werden. Weil nicht immer sind Plätze zum Entladen vor dem Hotel frei.

Hôtel agréable proche du centre
Pros:

Accueil sympathique et serviable. Chambre très petite mais fonctionnelle, salle de bains plutôt grande comparativement. Le plus était la présence d'un petit balcon agréable.

Cons:

Le restaurant (et précédemment l'hôtel lui-même) était en réfection ce qui n'était pas mentionné sur le site de booking mais selon l'information donnée sur le site de l'hôtel. Le quatrième étage n'est pas desservi par l'ascenseur (1 étage à pied).

Pros:

Très pratique pour 2 nuits dans le centre de Bâle! J'y retournerai pour un business trip pour son emplacement parfait.

Cons:

un peu de bruit car ils sont en travaux. Mais supportable :)

I would recommend this hotel but stress that it is basic.
Pros:

Room - basic but all I needed as I did not spend time there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location - good.

Cons:

Only one pillow on the bed and it was very thin. Dining Room for breakfast was being renovated, therefor not available for use. The room looked on to the main street where the trams ran so it was noisy from time to time during the night.

L'habitació era gran i estava neta.

Cons:

L'atenció del personal. Vam arribar a fer el check-in de nit, dins de l'horari que establia l'allotjament. No hi havia ningú i no van venir fins passats 30 min. A la nostra habitació l'aigua calenta funcionava de forma intermitent

Pros:

В связи с ремонтом нас поселили в Hotel Alexandr, поэтому отзыв относится к нему.
Всё было неплохо, удобное расположение между вокзалом DB и Старым городом. Номер не маленький, постель удобная, чай/кофе в ресторане с 6 до 22 бесплатно.

Cons:

Не был убран мусор от предыдущих жильцов и при использовании тропического душа вода проливалась за пределы душевой.

Pros:

К нашему приезду ремонт в этом отеле закончить не успевали, и нам было предложено остановиться в отеле Alexander. Нас было три человека, и нам дали два прекрасных номера вместо одного забронированного, при этом стоимость проживания не изменилась. На рецепшене в дополнение ко всему нам дали три бесплатных проездных на общественный транспорт в Базеле на срок нашего проживания, и скидочную карту на экскурсии и музеи Базеля. Мы остались очень довольны. Желаем владельцам и персоналу отеля хорошего бизнеса!

bon séjour, mais c'était l'hotel Alexander, le Rheinfelderhof étant encore en travaux !
Pros:

proche du centre par le tram, très calme côté cour, bon accueil

Cons:

le climatiseur (tuyau mal fixé) et la télévision (en panne, à moins que ce soit la télécommande)
