Cons:

Herr Immich wurde 1 Tag vor Anreise krank und ins Krankenhaus eingewiesen. Trotz Stornierung bestand das Hotel auf Zahlung von fast auf dem gesamten Zimmerpreis. Da wir öfter nach Ahrensburg kommen, hätten wir auf Kulanz gehofft
oder wenigstens einen Gutschein für den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Excellent service, especially at the front desk (Frau Thorsen?) and at breakfast. Very accomodating.
Pros:

Sufficient and the service was excellent.

Cons:

Having to lug heavy luggage up the stairs. Needs a lift.
