We spent 10 nights in Belgium, the best 3 of them were in Bruges at this hotel.
Pros:

I loved the nice staff, its central and safe location, their free to use coffee machine, quiteness, quaint building, the cathedral view from our window, their honesty bar and everything else they are.

Cons:

The building has no elevator, but it is understandable because it is a historical building.

Le prix de l’hôtel est surcoté par rapport à la qualité . Douche froide un des 2 matins et réveillés les 2 nuits que nous avons passé vers 2 heures du matin. Pas d’accueil à l’arrivée et pas d’accueil au départ . Expérience très bof bof

Super Lage, schönes altes Gebäude, schön eingerichteter Aufenthaltsraum mit kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee, Größe des Zimmers und Balkon.

Cons:

Leider führten ein unangenehmer Geruch zusammen mit einem sehr warmen Zimmer und Fenster ohne Fliegengitter dazu dass wir insbesondere wegen Moskitos und der Wärme alle 3 Nächte ziemlich schlecht schlafen konnten. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Kühlschrank aus dem Einbauschrank entfernen, er wirkt wie eine starke Heizung und Fliegengitter an dem Fenstern anbringen.
