Gestito più come B&B che come Hotel, presenza di scale da considerare per anziani o portatori di handicap. Il ns. locale era costituito da zona giorno e bagno su un livello, ed il letto su un soppalco raggiungibile con scala un po' ripida. Colazione possibile solo se prenotata il giorno prima tramite un modulo reperibile sul sito! Auspicabile più coerenza con le immagini pubblicizzate.

Pros:

Wonderful hosts, very helpful and interesting to talk to. Quirky old building from the 1700's, but very well rebuilt and updated to modern standards. Nice lounge with an honesty bar on the main floor, was a nice place to sit and relax and have a drink. Very convenient location to walk into town and wasn't too far to walk to the train station. A nice optional breakfast served in their B&B across the street.

Location , terrace, coffee machine, lounge.

Cons:

Shower head had 100 jets and only a few were working. Uncllogged about 20. Recommend a squirt of limescale remover. Few mosquitos in room. Understand this is outside your control and would have liked a plug in unit to deter them. I didnt ask if these were available and its something I will travel with one in future. Kitchenette had no running hot water also. Will still wish to return and will be prepared

Pros:

Location, Bruges is not a large city & very compact & this hotel was situated very close to the centre, about 5 minutes from the market square & from there you could easily navigate to all the places you wanted to see. Tea & Coffee available all day in the lounge area - lovely coffee machine so a nice start to the day. It was a 13 minute walk from the train station.

Cons:

No staff around, it looked like they had 3 properties in a small area so no one around on a regular basis although only a phone call away if needed. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Personnel très aimable et accueillant, hôtel impeccablement propre et idéalement situé. Mention spéciale pour le concept de l'« honesty bar » (serviettes/boissons en libre-service où l'on note ce que l'on consomme et régularise à la fin du séjour) : c'est une attention très conviviale et agréable !

Cons:

Concernant le logement, nous aurions préféré que tout se trouve dans la même pièce. La chambre était à l'étage (style grenier/mezzanine) ; ainsi, pour aller aux toilettes la nuit, il fallait redescendre. Avec un jeune enfant de 3 ans et demi en plein apprentissage de la propreté nocturne, ce n'était vraiment pas pratique. De plus, les fenêtres ne dispose pas de double vitrage : le matin, on entendait tous les bruits de l'extérieur (ayant le sommeil très léger, cela m'a dérangé(e) parcontre mon conjoint ca ne la pas dérangé il na pas le sommeil léger
