Pros:

Le personnel est très, très attentionné. L'une parle même français en plus de l'anglais (un autre qu'italien en revanche).
Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est correct (à condition de venir tôt : il n'est que très partiellement renouvelé).
Les lits sont confortables.
La piscine doit être agréable quand il fait chaud.
Les chiens sont bienvenus (même dans la piscine d'ailleurs).

Cons:

Aucun wifi ne fonctionnait dans ma chambre, la douche fuyait et le sèche-cheveux avait été réparé avec du scotch.
Dans une autre chambre, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas et la prise d'une des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnait pas.
Les chasses d'eau sont bruyantes partout.
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de navette vers l'aéroport ou les sites touristiques or les transports en communs sont à 30 minutes voire 1h de marché (possibilité de louer une voiture mais préparez-vous : la personne ne parle qu'italien et le réservoir était vide au moment de la location).
La piscine n'est pas couverte et le "supplément" spa consiste en fait à louer les suites qui en sont équipées.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, la suite con vasca idromassaggio era spettacolare. Uno staff molto gentile ed accogliente. La piscina molto bella e pulita, quei lettini matrimoniali sono super comodi.È stato un week end meraviglioso super rilassante. Ci ritorneremo assolutamente!!!

We had a great stay and the staff were amazing. Thank you Francesca for awesome restaurant recommendations. I was just a bit uncomfortable with no door for privacy in the bathroom but that did not change my opinion of the hotel. It was GREAT

Leider ist die Unterkunft trotz Aufpreis für Komfortausstattung nicht mehr am Stand der Hotelzimmer heute.
Die Bäder sind viel zu klein, die Dusche nicht zu benutzen!
Die Betten sind ok und entsprechen dem Standard.
Ganz gefährlich ist eine Stufe ins Bad, die für Probleme sorgen kann.
Das Waschbecken ist für Kinder geeignet.
Leider gibt es kein Restaurant, mann kann sich vom Lieferdienst etwas bringen lassen, was das Personal bei uns dermaßen schön hergerichtet hat, wir dachten im 4 Sterne Restaurant zu sein.
Leider ist das nächste wirklich gute Restaurant 4km entfernt, mit dem Auto ein Problem wie in ganz Neapel.
Genau dies ist die Diskrepanz in dem Hotel, das Personal ist hervorragend und extrem nett.
Das Frühstück ein Witz aber nett zelebriert.

Dem Personal 5 Sterne aber der Rest eigentlich nur für eine Nacht geeignet wir waren leider 3 Nächte.
