L'établissement et l'accueil sont super, le plus c'est l'espace réservé aux chiens, un endroit clos pour les promener avec une piscine pourri eux, vraiment très sympa et à 15mn des ruines de Pompei , je recommande ! Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel mais possibilité de commander des pizzas, le 2ème soir nous avons été manger dans un petit resto à 400m L'angolo del gusto bistrot c'était excellent !

Das Hotel und das Personal waren für italienische Verhältnisse Top.
Man ist in ca. 30 min mit dem Auto in Neapel.

Cons:

Vorab, das Personal und das Hotel kann nichts dafür, jedoch hatten wir leider für 1 Nacht Zimmernachbarn welche anscheinend schlecht hörten und ewig lange laut TV gesehen haben.

Und, Handtücher sind nur gegen Zusatzgebühren erhältlich!

Nice Hotel with friendly staff close to Pompei and Herculaneum
Pros:

Clean room, very friendly staff

Cons:

The hotel itself is great and the staff managed to get us a pizza delivered for dinner- many thanks as the area around the hotel didn’t look nice to walk around and go for dinner somewhere…

Pros:

Le personnel est très, très attentionné. L'une parle même français en plus de l'anglais (un autre qu'italien en revanche).
Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est correct (à condition de venir tôt : il n'est que très partiellement renouvelé).
Les lits sont confortables.
La piscine doit être agréable quand il fait chaud.
Les chiens sont bienvenus (même dans la piscine d'ailleurs).

Cons:

Aucun wifi ne fonctionnait dans ma chambre, la douche fuyait et le sèche-cheveux avait été réparé avec du scotch.
Dans une autre chambre, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas et la prise d'une des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnait pas.
Les chasses d'eau sont bruyantes partout.
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de navette vers l'aéroport ou les sites touristiques or les transports en communs sont à 30 minutes voire 1h de marché (possibilité de louer une voiture mais préparez-vous : la personne ne parle qu'italien et le réservoir était vide au moment de la location).
La piscine n'est pas couverte et le "supplément" spa consiste en fait à louer les suites qui en sont équipées.

Personeel is top! Fijne afgesloten parking. Lekker zwembad.

Cons:

Ontbijt is waardeloos. Ook niet op tijd dan de koffie machine stuk. Vieze voorgesmeerde broodjes. Geen gebakken of gekookt eitje
