Bien profité de l’infrastructure de l’hôtel
Pros:

Bel hôtel pour passer la dernière nuit avant de prendre l’avion car l’aéroport est à 10 minutes. Piscine pour se rafraîchir et restaurant si on a pas envie de sortir.

Disappointing room and overall experience
Cons:

First, we were told that the type of beds we wanted are only available if we pay for an upgrade to a Superior Premium room.

As we did that upon arrival, we realized that the Superior Premium room still did not have the beds type we asked for.

So, we asked for a normal room since the bed type was a priority.

We got a standard room with the bed problem corrected but there was MANY other problems such as the below:

1. Only window in the room was facing the elevator corridor! (never seen that in a hotel before)
2. Water tap at the sink was broken and could not adjust the water strength coming out of it.
3. The safe was generating an alarm. A technician came and changed the batteries but it still did not work after he left.
4. Toilet paper dispenser was defective and toilet paper was stuck and would not come out.
5. Very humid inside, the bathroom wall was moistened.

The price we paid for this horrible experience at this 3 star hotel was as much as what we paid at a 5 star hotel in closer towns.
