Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easy to get around Venice and reach the main attractions on foot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and everything met our expectations.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, so I wouldn't recommend relying on it. If breakfast isn't a priority for you, this hotel is definitely a great choice.

C'est la deuxième fois que je loge dans cet hôtel, je trouve le personnels très sympa !
l'emplacement est idéal à deux pas du pont Academia et du Vaporetto !

Cons:

Wi Fi très faible, petite Télé qui ne fonctionne pas super bien ! petit déjeuner rien d'extraordinaire, simple !

Lovely hotel with amazing staff in a great location. Great hotel, good sized rooms, clean and welcoming. Being able to have breakfast in the garden and sit outside on the small balcony any time of day/evening was lovely.
I had a milestone birthday when I was there. The owner, who had spotted by birthday on my passport at check-in, bought me a beautiful Murano glass pendant and left it for me on my bed when I’d gone out for a walk in the early evening. Such hospitality is rare these days. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and will for sure return when I next visit Venice.

Die Lage ist perfekt in der Nähe einer Vaporettostation und die Klimaanlage war im Hochsommer leise und angenehm.

Pros:

位置很好，就在学院桥码头旁边，从火车站出来直接坐1或者2号线就能几乎直达，不用在威尼斯搬行李真的很重要。靠近学院桥，走两步就可以看到日出日落的经典机位。房间整体很古朴，卫生间很新很好。电梯小小的，一次只能上一个人和一个行李箱，很有趣的体验。

空调有噪音，年头太长了，还有点漏水
