We loved our stay at Agli Alboretti.

Our family of 3 was visiting Venice and I had heard good things about this hotel, having lived nearby many years ago. It is located in Dorsoduro, which is not extremely touristy, but still close to major attractions and easily accessible from the train station airport and vaporetto stops. We were not disappointed; the hotel was fantastic, rooms were clean (and air-conditioned!), breakfast in a lovely outdoor courtyard was included and all the staff was top-notch! Everyone we encountered was super helpful and friendly. Also, a good value for Venice, which can be pricey. I would definitely recommend this charming hotel for anyone visiting the city. We will stay here again when we return!

Would stay there again. Hotel went out of their way to help with all travel arrangements. Terrace suite was comfortable and spacious.

This hotel is wonderfully located just steps away from two vaporetto stops. It is an old style hotel without modern amenities but is charming and a great stay away from the busiest of areas. Wonderfully helpful staff especially the gentleman who checked us in. Nice continental breakfast included. Would definitely stay again.

Charming small hotel just steps from the Accademia bridge and vaporetto stop. There was a problem with our room AC when we arrived, and they immediately fixed it. Lovely views of the courtyard in back, and the street in front is quiet. Excellent breakfast (but beware of mosquitoes if eating outside). Very comfortable rooms, and staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. All the employees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was superb. The location, close to the vaporetto and the Accademia bridge, was very convenient and quiet. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

This wonderful hotel ticks every box for us.
The location is excellent, poised between Accademia and Zattere vaporetto stations, in a quiet street and with all of Venice either a short walk or a short water bus ride away.
Different rooms are arranged across four floors and there is a small lift (one person and a suitcase at a time) which is fine for most people's needs.
Air-con makes a huge difference, and the rooms are well equipped with a fridge, safe (not lap top sized but the wardrobes lock), hairdryer, etc. Beds are comfortable and there are fly screens on the windows to keep the mozzies out.
On the 2nd floor there is a small comfortable lounge for guests and on the 4th floor an great bonus is the small terrace with some tables and chairs, and a canopy which can shade you when the afternoon sun hits it.
All of the hotel is spotlessly clean.
Every member of the team here is smiling, friendly, helpful and elevate this hotel to exceptional.
Breakfast is excellent - cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, breads, and a continental cold cabinet of meats and cheeses etc. Their coffee is some of the best I have had anywhere.
I have to come back to thanking all of the staff for making our stay very special. Just a couple of examples - when our water taxi transfer back to the airport let us down, the calm gentleman at reception reassured me not to worry and then explained the other options based on his local knowledge - he was spot on with his recommendation. When unexpected rain arrived we could borrow an umbrella. Small things I know but they make all the difference to your stay.
We hope to return.

Great hotel with a garden dinning area close to sites and restaurants. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and advice.

With two other couples we had an excellent six-night stay here - modest size, terrific location near the Academia, accessible to everything while away from the intensity of the tourist hordes.
We stepped up to book a larger room, and were glad to have the sitting area which had a desk area and extra storage - that and a good sized bathroom were worth having.
Staff were helpful and friendly throughout. Breakfast service is in a dining room or under an arbor - lovely in good weather - satisfactory choices and good service. We had one dinner in the restaurant - excellent and well above the usual run of restaurant dining.
Would return, no question.

This is an excellent hotel. Our room was huge (quite a surprise in Venice!) and had everything we needed. The staff were all very helpful. The location is perfect - very convenient for both the Grand Canal and the Giudecca canal, meaning a wide choice of vaporetto routes.

Very good position, near to galleries, restaurants and vaporetti. Staff very friendly and helpful with very good English. Good breakfast.

Lovely experience. Front desk staff SO charming and helpful. Our only wish was for a larger short w better water pressure but that’s expected in Europe I suppose. We loved the included breakfast w daily cappuccino
