Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the hotel will collect a refundable deposit upon check-in for incidental charges.

Good value, quiet area. Spacious.
Pros:

I like to room, spacious. Room a bit warm as its facing sunset direction. They have cover it with blackout curtain. But the ac is powerful, only that it will take time to cool the whole room. Clean room, strong water pressure. Staff is nice. Fast check in & checkout. Quiet area at night. Water heater functioning well. No breakfast but lots of shop you can find nearby.

Cons:

Maybe can improve the hotel linens as it a bit wear out. My daughter got some rashes after sleep on it. Owh and the toilet floor is extremely slippery when wet. Please improve this especially in family room where kids & elderly is the customer. Other than that, all is good.

the staff are very friendly,ready to help. parking are easy,
good water pressure, clean toilet with bidet.

Cons:

the bed makes a creaky noise every time somebody moves or shift on it.
the fridge/mini bar just there to waste electricity,

Cons:

The airconditioner need service. Not cold at all and the placement of the unit is a bit odd.
Advertise on this booking.com to have a baby cot. That is the main reason why I choose this hotel. But unfortunately after payment was made, they dm me to say that it is unavailable.
The chiller was not cold at all. So no use placing an electrical equipment that does not function at all.
