Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Pierre Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived by tuk-tuk with the whole family during the rain, they immediately came out with umbrellas to help us — a very nice touch.

We stayed in a family room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the lift was out of order during our stay, so we had to use the stairs. Luckily, the staircase was wide and comfortable, and the staff kindly carried our luggage up and down for us.

Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The main downside was the wooden windows and doors facing the street, which were not very well insulated, so quite a lot of street noise could be heard inside.

The location is very convenient. Café Brown was only about a 1-minute walk away, and getting to the city centre by tuk-tuk took around 5 minutes and cost about $1.50.

Overall, a very nice stay with genuinely friendly staff and a good location. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The main things we didn’t like were the broken lift, which made getting to the 4th floor a bit inconvenient, and the poor sound insulation. The wooden windows and doors facing the street let in quite a lot of outside noise, especially at night.

Loved Siem Reap, made special by hotel staff!
Pros:

Staff are so courteous and friendly! We received beautifully presented fruit platter upon arrival. When we the lift was out of service we got a surprise box of local sweets in our rooms.

Cons:

Perhaps the area surrounding the pool could be a tad bigger to properly accommodate the deck chairs.

Pros:

L'ascenseur est en dérangement depuis 5 jours. Mais ce n'est pas la faute des employés. Le bon côté c'est qu'on me permet de garder ma chambre jusqu'à 14h au lieu de 12h. J'apprécie ce petit gestes j'ai un bus de nuit à 22h.

Pros:

Nice and clean room. Have bath tub and swimming pool.

Cons:

The elevator broken, we stay at the 3rd floor, it was tiring to walk up and down the whole 2 nights and 3 days. Breakfast is not much choice.

2 napot töltöttünk ebben a hotelben, azért csak ennyit,mert első nap büfé reggeli volt ami rendben is van.

Cons:

A második nap kevesebb vendég volt,és étlapról lehetett választani. Én nem három éves vagyok akinek elég egy maréknyi étel,éheztem rendesen,mikor szóvá tettem csak 40 perces vita után adtak plusz ételt. A saját pénzem mellett nem fogok éhen maradni,ezért nem hosszabbítottam a tartózkodást,inkább mentünk tovább.
