Great service, really quite place and beautiful

The location is great; however, it’s a very old hotel with awful maintenance. Having an old building doesn’t mean you don’t care about the condition. We got a room at the entrance, by the street.. we asked to move and that was great because the young lady was very helpful and moved us to a different room. The next day it took 20 minutes to get hot water, the condition of the bathroom awful, everything was not very clean. Anyway I don’t recommend this hotel. To the owner: the only good thing is your personnel

Decorations

Overall very happy with our stay. Parking in the area was a little problem but just a block away. Good location to the Centro.

Las instalaciones son excelentes. Habitaciones muy amplias y bonitas.
La atención del personal es muy buena.
Está muy proximo del centro y se puede caminar con toda la seguridad.

Very colonial and traditional

Not worth for the price ! It is clean but the reception and main are is very poor dirty and not as posted online. It is not a 4 star hotel

The rooms definitely need an update/makeover, particularly the bathrooms. The water in the shower never got above lukewarm.

Overall a great place to stay , walking distance to all tourist attractions

dont be fool by the pretty photos many stairs no food service coffee when your lucky

We stayed 2 nights at Casa Quetzal, a quaint property that makes you feel like authentic Mexico with its style and decor. We really liked the property and it was about a 5 minute walk to city center. It was very spacious and the bed comfortable. Cons:wifi didn’t work, asked our car arrive at 12:40 as we had 1:00 reservation. Car didn’t arrive until 1:10. No heater and the room was cold. Our room wasn’t cleaned or bed made. We didn’t mind these cons too much but good things to know.

Beautiful quiet place!! Our room was gigantic, we had a sitting area with a dining table and a huge bathroom. They keep everything spotless. The hotel is walking distance to beautiful restaurants and the main town church (about three blocks away), yet far enough from all the touristic noise.
Wonderful bedding and extremely quiet at night time. I would definitely recommend it <3

The hotel is close to the main plaza. Paulina was very helpful with everything, we wanted to recognize her efforts on making our stay memorable. The courtyard is nice and we sat out in the morning while enjoying our morning coffee.

Location is the main reason to stay there. Some staff was great some was not. Miscommunication am9ng them was an issue. Oh and by the way there is no pool.

A beautiful place to stay! our suit was cozy with great space.
The staff were very nice Sarai and Paulina help us in our race to be in a wedding with faster service even with a box with needle and thread for last minute loose button.
The valet option worked out perfectly.

Bathroom was not great. The sink was in bad shape. No tea or coffee in the room. No one spoke in English. Very difficult to access . Lots of stairs. I would not stay here
