Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

Pros:

Cleanliness was perfect

Cons:

I had raised a request for my driver accommodation or facility for him but I failed to get a response until I arrived at the time of check in wherein the front lobby advised me that it was not possible and no such facility available and at least the staff should be courteous enough to advise me a local lodge facility wherein I could have asked my driver to stay back over there rather than sleep in my car. I expect a pro-active response and not be told at the last moment that no such availability exists at your hotel.

Nice business hotel, right on service road.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is good and could be found easily. Rooms were clean and good spread in the breakfast. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of shops and restaurants are located nearby. Hotel serves buffet dinner.

Cons:

Parking space is cramped since they allot B-2 for hotel guests, the security guard at the entrance gate could be more well behaved and humble.
