L’emplacement est très pratique, l’hôtel est idéalement situé. Le personnel est également très arrangeant et propose des services comme la réservation de bus directement sur place, ce qui simplifie beaucoup les choses, d’autant plus qu’ils parlent anglais.

The location is very convenient, and the hotel is ideally situated. The staff are also very helpful and can assist with services such as booking buses directly, which makes things much easier, especially since they speak English.

La ubicación es muy conveniente y el hotel está muy bien situado. El personal también es muy atento y puede ayudar con servicios como la reserva de autobuses directamente, lo que facilita mucho las cosas, especialmente porque hablan inglés.

Cons:

La chambre est assez humide et peu aérée, ce qui peut être inconfortable sur plusieurs nuits. Je ne recommande pas forcément d’y séjourner trop longtemps. Cela dit, au Vietnam, ce type de problème est assez fréquent dans les hôtels.

The room is quite humid and poorly ventilated, which can be uncomfortable for several nights. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend staying too long. That said, this kind of issue is quite common in hotels in Vietnam.

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were all good size but both ours lacked a window. The location was spot on. Near the citadel and imperial palace and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Cons:

It was a little damp in the room, but it was raining the whole time we were there meaning we came into the room wet. But it was hard to get things dried.

Pros:

The staff here are fantastic at their jobs. Everyone is so friendly and helpful..They have a porter to take your bags up the stairs. The location is great, very central to everything. The hotel is very clean. They offer to clean your room everyday.I planned on staying 2 nights but ended up staying for 8 nights

Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile, camera pulita
Siamo arrivati con bus notturno molto presto la mattina e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli e appena pronta la camera ci hanno avvisato.

Cons:

Non è possibile pagare con la carta di credito e questo lo abbiamo trovato un grosso limite soprattutto per un hotel di una grande città.

Great Room & Extremely Helpful Staff - Excellent Value For Money !
Pros:

Absolutely superb hotel in very central area . The staff were amazingly helpful in all respects , they went out of their way to help me with a smile on many occasions. The rooms were good , clean & perfect for my needs. I shopped around hard but ended up booking DZ tour, washing & onward bus through the hotel since their prices were the best I found . No need to shop around . The hotel lady even ran out on to the street with me at 7am to make sure I quickly grabbed a decent street breakfast before the tour bus arrived . They were genuinely helpful , caring & extremely trustworthy . I felt they went well out of their way to make my stay go smoothly & they genuinely cared for my well being . I'm usually very careful with my valuables but felt extremely safe here . I would highly recommend and plan to go back soon . It was a great hotel & excellent value for money .
