Pros:

Convenient location in Ghatkopar.
There are both a charitable and a private hospital situated 5 minutes (walking distance) from the hotel. Located on a vibrant street lined with restaurants and food options. R City mall is a short walk from the hotel (20 minutes approximately). Nawaz and Deeksha were kind enough to provide assistance to my queries. They were very polite, well-mannered and supportive. Aakash and Abhishek also did a good job. Prashant, Omkar and Babloo from the restaurant were courteous and serviable.

Cons:

Be aware that the photos posted online use wide-angle lenses to make the rooms look twice as big as they actually are. In reality, the space is much more cramped than advertised! The hotel looks like it has not been updated in decades. Amenities do not match the expectation of a modern hotel. Old and worn fixtures! The first room I was allocated smelled terrible as the AC was emitting a bad odor. Also there was a very bad smell coming from the wardrobe. A housekeeping staff came in with his spray bottle to make the room smell good, but it had little to no effect. I had to request a different room where the AC was in a better running condition. The food was good but serving sizes were disappointingly small for main course. Not ideal for a long term stay.
