Great location but prices do not justify the hype

The location is great. The place is lively and has good vibes nearby. The House keeping is good. They provide you with comfort and they are not stingy.

Cons:

Bathroom needs a door, you can hear everything and there is no privacy. Noise from the corridors is very disturbing especially at night ... Noise travels disturbing sleep. Dining is average and the service at live counter during breakfast is slow causing many customers to get frustrated. The breakfast spread is average and not much to write about. The eggs preperations are below average. The gym has 1-2 equipments. The pool is very small.

Very disappointed with value for money and have a number of complaints
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the staff are very polite and friendly

Cons:

General condition of the hotel and maintenance is poor and run very poorly while polite and helpful competency of those running it I question.
While the pictures look great on the website the actual condition is really poor.
• Shower not working correctly
• lights flickering
• Water leaking from ceiling by door
• tiles coming away
• mould
• chipped damaged paint and tiles
• seating dirty and worn
• reception furniture heavily stained
• restaurant tired and poor condition

On top of all this I had problems booking as I’m of UK origin residing in India and ended up being charged an additional £150 via booking over Agoda

Good Experience and Great Location

Cleanliness, facilities in the room, Food Menu, Breakfast and Great location.

Cons:

The hotel organised some party for outsiders during Lohri festival. They were not clear whether in house guests were included or not. This caused for a major confusion. The next thing is it is overpriced a lot.

Pros:

The location and beauty of the beach access is very good. Morning walks and sea view vibes are memorising.

Cons:

The property comes in expensive and luxury category that ways the buffet dinner served very ordinary and cold. We needed to ask waiter for hot food again and again. Also the housekeeping services were very delayed. You need to remind eveyrtime the number of guests staying in room to supply the required items.

Better than the worst ever experience
