Cons:

Im Gästehaus keine Kaffeemaschine, Aufzug nur limitiert, Saunabesuch zu Zeiten, wenn man noch unterwegs ist, möglich. Frühstück fängt zu spät an, da möchte man schon unterwegs sein.

Das Personal war super nett, bis auf eine Ausnahme. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mit Blick auf das Tal, die Straße die direkt am Hotel vorbei führt ist sehr befahren, viele LKWs
Das Frühstück war gut, ich hätte mir gerne mal Rüherei oder Spiegeleier gewünscht, dass wurde uns leider nicht angeboten. Wir hatten einen extra Tisch, weil wir zwei kleine Hunde mitgebracht hatten. Das war auch alles total problemlos, den Tisch hatten wir im Vorfeld gebucht, weil wir die Hunde nicht alleine auf dem Zimmer lassen wollten, sie kennen das nicht. Rund um, es war gut, man kann dort wunderbar spazieren gehen und die Ruhe im Wald hat uns sehr gut getan, vom Alltagsleben.

Cons:

Es war angegeben, dass man im Zimmer Bademantel vorfindet, die haben leider gefehlt! Sauna und Dampfbad wurde angegeben, aber wie das ganze gehandhabt wird, hat keiner beim check- in erwähnt. Schade das hätten wir gerne genutzt. Was mich aber wirklich geärgert hat, waren die hohen Gebühren für die zwei kleinen Hunde. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel und haben zusätzlich nochmal 108 Euro bezahlen müssen für die kleinen Yorkshire Terrier. Natürlich wurde bei der Buchung angegeben, für Hunde können Gebühren anfallen, aber mit 108 Euro hatte ich überhaupt nicht gerechnet.
Was ich noch erwähnen sollte, dass Abendessen war super, hat richtig toll geschmeckt, aber die Preise sind für meine Begriffe richtig hoch. Wir sind dann den zweiten und dritten Abend mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort gefahren, Restaurant Engel und haben da für die Hälfte vom Preis gegessen.
Im Ort selbst gibt es keinen Laden, wo man mal etwas einkaufen könnte.

Never ever stay there.

Cons:

Hotel is shut after 10pm. Staff is rude, unfriendly and difficult. At 7.30pm you are told that the kitchen closes and that you cannot eat in the restaurant. The lift is switched off at night. They charged an “energy fee”. Very, very poor indeed. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at.

Ein gut geführtes kleines Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal, gute Küche, schöne Zimmer mit täglicher Reinigung und guten Betten. Hinzu kommt noch ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet und eine gute Restaurantküche.

Pros:

Der Saunabereich war klein, aber in Ordnung. Auch ohne Obst und Eisbrunnen.

Cons:

Im Haupthaus ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und altbacken.

Der Saunabereich befindet sich in einem anderen Gebäude. Man muß ein Stück die Straße hoch laufen, um dorthin zu gelangen.
Die Saunanutzung musste an der Rezeption in Liste eingetragen werden, mit Name und Uhrzeit. Jeder Gast konnte die Liste jederzeit einsehen.
Von 13 bis 18 Uhr war der Saunabereich geöffnet.
Wenn man jedoch die Sauna auf 13 Uhr "reserviert" hatte uns nutzen wollten, wurde sie erst um 13.20 Uhr eingeschaltet! Geht gar nicht...
