Starker Auftritt, gut organisiert, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr angenehme Unterkunft.
Pros:

Man hat uns von vorn herein Hundebetten und einen Napf im Zimmer bereit gestellt.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal was aktiv mitdenkt und zB den Parkplatz spontan umbucht weil wir mit dem Bus nicht so gut in die ursprünglich vorgesehene Parklücke passten. Hier lohnt auf jeden Fall der vorherige Kontakt via Email wenn man einen Parkplatz mit E-Ladesäule oder Überlänge haben möchte.

Toll ausgestattetes Zimmer mit zwei hochwertigen großen TVs. Sehr sauber gehalten, sehr hübsches Bad mit regelbarer Fußbodenheizung. Wirklich reichliches und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet welches auch bis kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit (Mo-Sa 06-10 Uhr, So 07 - 11 Uhr) immer wieder nachgelegt wird.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf hätte mal eine Entkalkung benötigt. Die Klimaanlage hat leider keinen Nachtmodus und ist auch auf der geringsten Lüfterstufe etwas zu laut für die Nacht.

Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr kurzfristig konnten wir noch einen Parkplatz dazu buchen und auch war es möglich, dass eine weitere Person mit uns morgens frühstücken konnte. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, freundliche Mitarbeiter, wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Dachterrasse,

Cons:

Snack-Automat im Hotel sehr teuer ( z.B. Erdnüsse für 4,50 Euro- Kosten im Supermarkt gegenüber 0,99 EUR), dieser Aufschlag ist nicht angemessen, Zimmerreinigung sehr dürftig,

Pros:

Die Lage war optimal, Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht, weil im Haus zu teuer.

Cons:

Da kurzfristig eine Familie gesundheitsbedingt ausgefallen ist, ist man uns preislich nicht entgegengekommen, wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen, obwohl das Hotel offensichtlich nicht ausgebucht war. Das kennen wir von anderen Häusern auch anders.
