Fassen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in einem kurzen Satz zusammen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Die Lobby ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und insgesamt sehr sauber, allerdings wirkt das Waschbecken etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden.
Auch die Fernseher sind recht klein und entsprechen nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Standard.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und der Komfort waren super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Vom Check in bis zum Check out online alles gut geplant und klappt alles einwandfrei.

Great stay and value for money with very friendly team!

The location was very central and walking distance to shops and public transport. We also added the breakfast for one day and it was great!

Gerne immer wieder - Pyramide: ein Erlebnis
Pros:

Das Personal war richtig freundlich und war sehr flexibel was eine Änderung des Zimmers anging.
Wir bekamen sogar ein Upgrade, da akuell ein vergleichbares/ besseres Zimmer frei war - die Zufriedenheit des Gastes steht an erster Stelle. Sehr offene und freundliche Kommunikation: Danke dafür!

Cons:

Das Gefühl, dass wir "zu spät" auschecken (obwohl des zwei Uhrzeiten gab) und die Dame schon samt Wagen vor der Tür wartete (knapp 1 Std hatten wir aber noch Zeit...).

Sonst war alles top :-)
