Great location, lovely rooftop restaurant, friendly helpful staff, wifi worked, clean and comfortable.
There are no staff in the morning and often the staff available do not speak English. They are still friendly and iphone translator does the trick.
Todo
La seua ubicació i personal agradable i acollidor!! Tenir balcó a unes vistes de sunset meravella!
No hi han espills en les habitacions només al WC!
This is a great little hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful owners. Probably the best shower I've had in Turkey so far(excellent water pressure), nice roof terrace to enjoy breakfast as well as drinks in the evening.
It's a delightful old Ottoman-era building covered in vines, with nice views over Selcuk town and towards the castle.
They even let me do my laundry :)
I would definitely stay here again.
Real Turkish coffee in the breakfast room would be a nice touch, but I understand that a lot of tourists might prefer instant coffee.
There was a bit of noise from the street at night, but isn't the owners fault.
Also expect to be woken up in the morning by the Muezzin, because it's right next to the main mosque(Isabey Camil).
Breakfast ok. Room very basic and sparse. Curtains didn’t cover the windows. Fire risk as couldn’t open windows and barred. Electrical sockets inadequate and dangerous.none hanger in wardrobe.
Well where do you start. See ratings above.
Great and affordable place to stay. In walking distance of restaurants and a couple of sites
nice outside view… only
Nice view and good location.
Lovely stay for 1 night. Nice welcome and perfect location for visiting Ephesus, Basilica St John and the town of Selçuk. Close to many shops and restaurants.
Hotel is on the hill looking at the Castle so a bit of a climb.
Nice breakfast on the cute terrace.
Hotel Bella is budget friendly. The staff was helpful. The room was not clean. Half opened bottle of shampoo an conditioner in the shower. A very dirty cup used for toothbrushes-I think? A used soda bottle left in the corner of the room. The bed was 2 twins pushed together and it was comfortable. The sheets and blankets were made for a twin bed and put on sideways so your feet stuck out at the bottom. The blankets were rough cotton-clean but rough on our skin and with no top sheet it was uncomfortable. This place is more like a hostel.
We liked the staff, they were very helpful and friendly. The room was not clean, very tiny, loud street noise and few amenities. The breakfast was minimal at best.
Very quaint boutique hotel in a great location. Across the road from ruins of the ancient aqueduct, and only a short walk to the wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars on offer in Selçuk. Mohamed at the front desk was very helpful, arranging an affordable shuttle to the Izmir airport for us. Would recommend staying here during your stay in charming Selcuk!
The hotel is across the street from St John's church with easy access to downti . Staif you have trouble with stairs this is not a good fit.wn
The room was small and spartan. Hot water was only available once it had been heated by direct sunshine. Each day the excuse was that the solar heating system needed repair but hot water would be available ‘soon’. Soon coinciding with the heat of the day. The staff were friendly but only spoke Turkish seemed to be bored and smokedmost of the time. Breakfast on a good day was adequate on a bad day supplies ran out. Not expensive but really sad that they did not do what was expected of them. Location and roof deck were really nice.
All together a poor value for money proposition given the hot water issues, limited WiFi, bored staff and the variable quality of the breakfast.
