Pros:

Hotel semplice, ma ben tenuto. Il personale è eccellente in gentilezza, disponibilità e pazienza. Si sono veramente fatti in quattro per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole. La colazione a 20 euro è effettivamente costosa, ma il menu à la carte con rosti e pancakes fatti al momento, ci ha proprio conquistato.
Altra piccola nota, noi siamo italiani e siamo abituati a cuscini diversi, per questo motivo ho non ho dato il massimo per il confort.

Excellent location and service
Pros:

Convenient to the train station allowing us to use Ghent as the base to visit multiple towns around us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean accommodation, close to train station but not close to historic centre.
Pros:

Convenient location for the train station. The nice room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The location is a LONG walk from the main historic area of Ghent (about 3 kms). However trams T1 and T3 run regularly between Ghent station and Ghent centre.
The lift is VERY small and a bit claustrophobic.

La atención del personal. La ubicación cerca de la estación. El detalle del café y agua se agradece.

Cons:

Un poco alejado del centro pero se puede ir andando dando un paseo o tranvía al lado. Los nórdicos en verano dan mucho calor. Precio elevado.

Clean, good location, slightly outdated rooms
Pros:

The location next to the train station on a quiet street is convenient. Very clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit outdated - everything works, the water pressure is ok, and it's clean, but there the bathroom door jammed a bit, and the door handle dropped off the door. I could luckily fix it, but it's not something you expect at a hotel. I'd still recommend for the price.

フロントは親切だが、水回りやTV等、設備の改善が望まれる。

フロントの対応が親切で良い印象を持った。

Cons:

水回りの設備とテレビに問題あり。
水回りは排水管が詰まりかけており、さっと流れてくれないのが非常に気になった。
テレビは信号が弱いのか、時々、固まり少し待つと動き出すことを繰り返した。
また、英語のチャンネルが少なくCNN等が見れない点がちょっとマイナス。
