Heel fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijne, schone en ruime kamer. Locatie prima voor ons. We reisden met de trein en het ligt op 10 minuten lopen vanaf het station. Naar het centrum was het ongeveer een half uur lopen via een mooie route langs het water.

Recomendable. Cerca de la estación de tren.
Pros:

La bañera tiene buen caudal y presión. El personal fue muy atento para hacer el check-in, y también para el check-out. El desayuno tiene un precio elevado pero merece la pena porque hay calidad en lo que ofrece.
Tamaño de la habitación bueno.

Cons:

Que hubiera bañera. Prefiero las duchas de fácil acceso.
La ubicación es relativamente buena, cerca de la estación pero alejado del centro turístico, pero es así la ciudad.

Personnel compétent, sympathique, manque d'adaptation,de souplesse au niveau des prix ...

Situation, personnel compétent et disponible...

Cons:

Manque de souplesse au niveau du management : réservation d'une chambre pour 3 personnes pour une première nuit et,en continuité, pour 2 personnes pour une nuit. Le prix est resté le même pour 2 personnes que pour 3, exorbitant !!!
Refus d'un aménagement amiable ( qui aurait arrangé tout le monde,pas de nettoyage,ni changement de literie pour l'hôtel, et pas déménagement d'hôtel pour nous)...Pas d'adaptation de prix au nombre de personnes (2)pour la 2 eme nuit !!!
D'où changement hôtel pour notre 2eme nuit à Gand...

Excellent comfortable hotel within 3 minutes walk of the station.
Pros:

Spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed. Kind and helpful staff. Fridge in the room.

Cons:

The hairdryer did not work but the hotel quickly replaced it. I felt a little unsafe returning late to the hotel one night, not the fault of the hotel but due to the location .
