The lift was out of order at Carlton Hotel. I was moved to another hotel (Chamode?), which was fine. All was helpful and efficient.
Beds were rather small.

La camera molto spaziosa. Eccellente la colazione a buffet. La posizione molto vicina alla stazione e ben collegata con il centro.
L'ascensore era momentaneamente fuori servizio. Nel bagno avrei preferito una cabina doccia al posto della vasca.
Every thing went well.
The staff were very friendly and supportive. The location is excellent (very close to the train station). The room is spacious and comfortable, while the breakfast was very good.
The only issue during my stay was that the elevator stopped working, which was inconvenient. However, the staff were extremely supportive and made every effort to resolve the problem promptly, which I greatly appreciated.

Really friendly and helpful staff and a great location, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, with easy tram connections to the Old Town. There are plenty of 7-Elevens, restaurants and cafés nearby, including some open late. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Free coffee from the machine and two complimentary carafes of water each day were also a nice touch.

Нам сподобалося зручне розташування біля вокзалу, оскільки ми подорожували потягами. До центру міста хвилин 20 пішки. Дуже приємний персонал, жодне питання не залишилося без відповіді. Щодня оновлювали пляшки з водою. Номер досить великий, як на фото.
В номері є кавоварка. Але здається наша не працювала, або ми просто не розібралися.
La ubicación al lado de la estación principal hace que moverse sea muy muy fácil y cómodo. Llegamos desde París haciendo trasbordo en Bruselas. Sencillísimo también visitar Brujas o Bruselas.
Las chicas de recepción muy amables (aunque no sabían español, cosa que ya suponíamos) y la de la limpieza, española, un amor.
La habitación amplia, cómoda y bien equipada. Cuenta con agua, tes y cafés gratis y una bañera estupenda para relajarse después de los paseos turísticos.
Cuando llegamos aún le faltaba un poco a la habitación para estar lista y, mientras esperábamos nos ofrecieron agua y 🍺
