Pros:

Our stay was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic—within walking distance to everything, with easy access to public transit. I also want to highlight Vanessa, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive; she even went out of her way to get us into a room early, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the room itself. The layout is quite inconvenient, with the shower positioned outside the bathroom and facing the bed. The toilet design was also uncomfortable, the AC struggled to keep up during the heat wave, and the bed felt like a low-quality pull-out sofa frame that squeaked with every movement. Additionally, while the room was generally tidy, there was a noticeable amount of dust. Overall, we made the most of it since we didn't spend much time inside, but the room comfort level definitely needs improvement

Superior stay with a very good service!
Pros:

Great location, great accomodation, great extras available at the spot. Luggage storage available free of charge, late check-out compared to other offers. Loved it!

Cons:

Stayed there in the middle of heat wave and AC wasn't able to chill down the room we stayed in, unfortunately.

If you like luxurious, central but w/t crowds of a big hotel this is the place to stay in Rome
Pros:

Excellent location being close to all key things to visit in Rome but hidden on a quiet street. Staff is there 24x7 which is rare for small hotels. Roof terrace as advertised. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

Great stay
Pros:

Amazing location.
Spanish steps - 10 minutes.
Fountain de Trevi - 7 minutes.
Pantheon - 7 minutes.
You can get everywhere by feet very fast.
Nearby a lot of good restaurants, places for breakfasts.
The only thing that the bed were too soft and creaky and it really was not comfortable to sleep.
But the staff were polite, everything was great!
Highly recommend!

מלון מקסים, צוות נפלא שרק רוצה לעזור ותמיד עם חיוך, מיקום מעולה! יש באיזור מסעדות, את גלידה giolitty (אני אכלתי שם ארוחת בוקר בכל יום - אין במלון ארוחת בוקר), וויה דל קורסו נמצא במרחק כמה דקות (מגיעים בדיוק לסניף של זארה, לחובבי הז׳אנר :) גם פיאצה נאבונה נמצאת במרחק כמה דקות ומהצד השני קסטל סנט אנג׳לו והותיקן.
