Pros:

Rapport qualité prix, parking. J'ai eu une chambre au calme. Confort très correct.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner nul, aucun produit frais, pas de pain, beurre, fruit, c'est juste une succession de gâteaux hyper sucré, zéro pointé sur cette partie.
Avoir une voiture car vous êtes excentré et rien à proximité pour diner (en voiture 5 à 10 mn)

Poor service at Four star Hotel
Pros:

The hotel has beautiful decor or art work. The carpet in the room had a few
prominent stains. The bathroom had a lot of mould which was not
great. The breakfast was mostly cakes or sweet treats.
I reserved a room on the website booking.com for October 11 to 14 and they cancelled it.
I found myself in Rome on my way to the hotel when this happened
I arrived at the hotel and paid for two days instead of three. Hence I paid for October 12 to 14

Eventually I was charged by booking.com for no show with my credit card and have an invoice from the hotel paid in full for my hotel
Stay.

Therefore I have paid twice for this hotel.

I am not sure who to trust now as the Hotel or Booking.com do not seem
to be in touch with each other.

In addition to the above no one is taking the responsibility to fix this issue.

The overall experience was very bad.

Tutto veramente perfetto! Dall’accoglienza alla pulizia! Top!!

L’unica cosa da migliorare, secondo me, la stanza della colazione un po’ piccoletta!!

Pros:

Posizione ottima, con la macchina si raggiunge facilmente la metro Rebibbia con la.quale si puoʻ arrivare in centro, oppure l autobus ferma poco vicino l ingresso dell hotel.

Cons:

La camera era sporca e con odore di fumo, moquette a terra sporca, bagno conl nqualche problema allo scarico perchè l'odore era insopportabile. Avevo prenotato la colonnina di ricarica per la sera, peccato che appena arrivato, un altro ospite si ci era piazzato davanti, ovviamente essendo tarda sera in reception non c era nessuno cosi l ho parcheggiata davanti (unico posto libero). Al mattino la receptionist invece di prendersela con l ospite che ha parcheggiato male, si è messa a urlare con me che li non si poteva parcheggiare e che c era un altro parcheggio fuori( peccato che non essendoci nessuno al mio arrivo non ho potuto chiedere dove!!!)
