Fue una estancia placentera y tranquila.
Pros:

El hotel muy bonito, con jardines, piscina y junto al mar. Las instalaciones muy buenas, la habitacion espaciosa y tranquila. Me gustó la música que colocaban a lo largo del día, la iluminación al final de la tarde. Nos sentimos a gusto y seguras. Los dueños del hotel estuvieron allí todo el tiempo, muy atentos.

Cons:

Considero que la limpieza del hotel podrían iniciarla más temprano en la mañana. Así mismo, mantener limpios los espacios de pasillos a lo largo del día. Como las personas van y vienen de la playa es importante mantener una limpieza constante.

Un sitio de playa ideal
Pros:

En Playa Almendro existe mucha oferta de alojamiento tipo renta de apartamentos, así que en inicio no estuve tan convencido de alojarme en un hotel, animado por el hecho de que eran pet friendly. Sin embargo, pese a mis dudas, una vez llegue a Hotel Puerto Ballesta me lleve una muy buena impresión. El hotel pese a no ser tan nuevo es muy bonito. El area de recepción y halls son muy acogedores, el check-in fue muy rápido, ya me esperaban. Me ayudaron con el equipaje y al verme con mis mascotas me asignaron una habitación en el piso elevado que tiene balcón.
La habitación no es enorme, pero si suficientemente amplia. El mobiliario es optimo. Camas muy confortables, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado (que no es muy común en la zona), refrigerador pequeño para mantener tus bebidas en temperatura ideal, tv por cable, wifi. Quizá el baño y la ducha son pequeños pero cuenta con agua caliente. Las areas verdes son amplias y agradables, hay piscina, hamacas, sillas con toldos frente al mar y solo hay que bajar unas gradas y ya estas en la playa. La limpieza, algo muy importante, es impecable.
El desayuno es tipo buffet, muy bueno en realidad. El restaurante es amplio y tienen atención todo el tiempo. Parqueo seguro y todo para hacer muy cómoda la estadía.
Me gustó mucho el area verde y el camino de palmeras para ir a la playa.
Volveré pronto para ver terminado el edificio que están construyendo como parte del hotel.

Pros:

We absolutely loved it here! We were staying at the hotel El Marques and hated it. We found this place when our driver took us there to eat. It's in the best location, so relaxing and tropical. We made friends with the staff, they were so wonderful, and we felt right at home!
