As usual all good.
Pros:

Due to very heavy rain in the area my room (109) was subject to a leakage of water I did not discover this the staff did and had made rapid arrangements for my property to be moved to another room without any drama. We'll done!!

great staff, great breakfast. A shame about the condition and cleanliness of the room
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The single beds were very comfy.

Cons:

The room was very bare and very dirty. The paintwork was cracked everywhere and the skirting boards were filthy. The window ledge paintwork was all cracked and coming away and a hole in the side of the window frame. The bathroom was Lao filthy with sealant around bath at bottom very stained and dirty. The door was filthy. The sink was blocked and the toilet didn’t flush very well. For the price I thought the state of the room was disgusting and nothing like the pictures on the website. This was the twin room.
