I had a very pleasant few days reliving my younger days of residing in Canberra. Made all the better with 5 superb days
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and extremely kind.
The room was good value for the $$s.
The food was very good; in fact it kept me in-house each night.

Cons:

The room was approached down a long, narrow, dark, outdated corridor; quite a long walk from the lift. (Mind you, I did not request a room close to the lift.)!
There was only one public lift access.
The carpet on the hallway floor was stained & very worn/threadbare.

Staff were great, rooms clean but basics were lacking and there was no secure parking.
Pros:

The front desk female who checked me in and out was fantastic; she struck the perfect balance between professional and genuine. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The parking was not secure and out in the open, which being in Canberra, in the winter, meant that my car was also out in the elements. Additionally, you pay a premium rate yet there was single ply tissues and toilet paper in the room. Yet there was faux marble tiles all over the lobby and common areas to make the building feel more upper class but you get better ‘basics’ in service station and fast food bathrooms.

Amazing, loved it!
Pros:

So comfy and absolutely loved the stay here !

Cons:

If you arrive later than 4pm ish be prepared for parking to be a bit tricky as it's limited.
