Pros:

Great informative, helpful staff. Comfortable room.

Last night there, LOUD music from a function in the hotel’s function room.

Surely hotels need to sound-proof functions from destroying the peace and quiet of their paying guests.

Pros:

Great hotel, Nicole at reception was very friendly and happy, when we checked in, others at reception during our stay were very friendly, roof top bar staff happy and professional, cleaning room attendents friendly every morning, clean rooms , lovely bed,indoor pool..lovely place.to stay .

Cons:

If we had to be picky, no wine Glasses in our room

Pros:

Location was excellent, walking distance cafes and park. Warm clean and comfy.

Cons:

We had a jnr suite and no sink and very small mini fridge. Really would appreciate a sink, small amount of cutlery and crockery.

The Room and amenities. The staff were very polite..the restaurant looks awesome and the views

Having to go outside from one building to the next to use the pool or gym. Pool stated it was heated but wasn't probably heated it was freezing

Pleasant all round for a comfortable stay
Pros:

Convenient location. Courteous front desk made for a pleasant checking in and checking out. The room furnishings were really comfortable and suited to our needs. Loved the supplied products by Christophe Robin and wish they could be purchased main stream - the smell is heavenly. The rooftop dining is also a lovely experience at the Rex. We look forward to staying here again soon.

You can’t get reserved parking.

Canberra trip.
Pros:

Staff were lovely and attended to all our needs. Their restaurant made good pizza.The room was very comfortable and good value for money.

Cons:

Pool was too cold and in another building and gym stuff seemed a bit difficult to use. It is a good 25 minute walk to main restaurants though they had an ok one on site. Microwave in room would have been good.
