Great hotel but a couple of inexpensive additions to the room would help
Pros:

The reasons that we felt it could have been more comfortable are:
There was only one chair, so that having a cup of tea or anything meant sitting on the bed, There was enough space for another chair
There were two cups but no plates

Cons:

If the above had been added, it would have greatly improved our experience

Great place, lovely amenities, great value.
Pros:

Great value for money. Rooms were modern and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Such an over powering smell of perfume in the room, it set off my hay fever instantly. A friend in another room had the same smell. It was too much. Very soapy. I also had a room close to the elevator and as a result was frequently woken throughout the night with guests arriving

Great Hotel, great location, very clean and friendly.
Pros:

Easy walking distance to the city and lots of bars and restaurants in close walking distance.

Cons:

The only down fall was the bed, the mattress was quite uncomfortable so my husband and I didn’t sleep great.

Great location in close proximity to Canberra central
Pros:

Very helpful reception staff who went out of their way to help me with parking. A special Thank You. The spacious balcony room was very clean, well-presented and peaceful. The king size bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large well equipped with toiletries and a great shower with good water pressure.

Cons:

Lack of parking onsite in busy times.
