Lovely and accomodating staff for our long weekend

The sands is slightly out of town, and it’s worth noting how busy the facilities are with the local community (their listings g does warn of this, but it was busier than I assumed it would be).
Great surrounds
The location was lovely and the room spacious and cozy.
The staff were wonderful, as were the pizzas and breakfast. We were thrilled to be able to take our pet and so impressed with the courtyard off the room. There was no compromise on the standard of the room by taking a dog.
Liked seeing the roos on the golf course
We booked dinner at the restaurant. We were not informed the full menu was unavailable for dinner as a function was on. We are paying guests at the hotel yet not able to order a steak or fish? Unacceptable. Breakfast included in our stay was 'bugeted' to what you could order. 1 coffee each? No robes or toiletries provided in room/bathroom. Walls are not soundproof. We could clearly hear couple in next room. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again.
Overlooked golf course and appeared to be good quality.
The walk from car park over bitumen with our luggage to get to the building. Would be better to unload at reception and return after parked so luggage is not damaged.

Großes Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung die teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt wirkt. Aber es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren wirklich bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Hotelgäste haben nur beschränkten Zugang zum Gym. Wir sind relativ spät angereist und spät abends durfte das Gym nur von Mitgliedern genutzt werden.
Der Pool war leider nicht sehr einladen. Ist Es ist Sportbad und leider keine Wellness Oase. Auch die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.
Only stayed one night as part of GOR road trip. Room was large modern & comfortable. Chosen room had lovely views over golf course. Dinner & breakfast were excellent & all staff were friendly & helpful.
