Very welcoming staff and couldn't do enough to help
Camera di buone dimensioni e arredata con gusto.
Staff sempre gentile e disponibile (in particolare Tracy,spero si scriva così).
Abbiamo cenato, fatto colazione e pranzato nell'ottimo ristorante...tutto delizioso, in particolare una torta di mele spaziale!
Ci è stato permesso di tenere la camera oltre l'orario di check out dato che avevamo il volo la sera.
C'è una piscina interna che però è aperta al pubblico o ai soci, quindi un po' affollata....ma per noi non è stato un problema.

Location was excellent for us 4 km walk to the shops, short walk to the beach. The rooms were lovely and the staff were super friendly.
Staff member friendly and helpful, onsite food options were great, facilities clean, good location for walks and beach access. Breakfast was good as well.
Coffee orders, the bill reflected an extra to upgrade to a larger coffee on top of normal prices for 2 coffees. No mention by staff that this would be the case and it wasn't a public holiday period.

Staff were all amazing .the first person we met was Tracey at reception,.what an absolute gem she . Every business should have a Tracey🥰
We loved happy hour bar staff were lovely and food was great the gnocchi was amazing and my husband had chicken parmi both nights we were there he loved it that much Sydney or Cindy in the restaurant was lovely as were the boys in the bar . The Sands obviously hire quality staff because even when we checked out the young ladies on reception asked how our stay was and seemed genuinely interested in what we were up to next.
We will definitely recommend The Sands and will be back

I didn't have one of the amazing looking pizzas last night but I knew I wouldn't eat it all at dinner and it would've been great to have FF or breakfast as st the next day ,but I had no where to heat it, but 8ts a very minor thing
oh and the pool , ...it was lovely but all those lap swimmers , it was exhausting watching them 🤣🤣
Staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Tracy on the front desk. We had just arrived after a very long journey from Bristol in the UK and so Tracy’s greeting was just so nice.
We have stayed here about 5 times in the past 2 months and we love it!
Very clean and love the size of the rooms and the TV is excellent!
