Comfortable beds and plenty of space
The breakfast options were great. The gym facilities are world class and it was appreciated that the TV was larger than usual. The room service was very fast.
We were woken up at 6am by neighbours who were quite loud slamming doors and talking. Which is not quiet what we expected on a Sunday morning. It was unfortunate that lactose free milk wasn't available as everything else about the restaurant was great.
Loved our room. Lovely meals and bar. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The room was excellent. The room service meal came in a take away containers.
The entry door required a key card and opened outwards which made it very difficult to manoeuvre with a wheelchair
Ot was well presented and the staff were very lovely
Staff were incredibly kind and upgraded our room for us. They also lent us a universal charger for the night. We were greeted with a lovely bar of chocolate and a birthday card for my partner — made our stay so special!
Located in a beautiful, posh neighbourhood and we spotted hares nearby too!

The fact we only had 1 night and had to come home

Modern and clean
Rooms are very generous in size and had everything we were after. Ground floor with door directly to carpark made it convenient to unpack the car & the portacot for our baby was one of the better ones we’ve used (bigger than normal travel cots).
We were offered a 3rd key so we could leave one in the room with the heater on to ensure a comfortable temperature for our baby as we headed out for dinner and it was quite chilly 🥶
We were also able to check-in a few hours early which made our plans go smoothly as we could check-in and put our daughter down for a nap before heading out.
10/10 - would stay here again, also enjoyed our breakfast & lunch at the restaurant.
