Comfortable, but the quality is not matching the price.

Reception staff were very helpful.
Easy parking.
Good location.

Cons:

Very poor insulation in the rooms meant that it was quite noisy. You can hear all the foot traffic in the hallway through the room door, as well footsteps above or below your floor.
The fittings in the bathrooms were quite poor quality and coming loose.

Disappointing
Pros:

Member of staff, Tracy, was very helpful.

Cons:

Receptionist on checking in was very abrupt. Public areas were dated and drab, nowhere comfortable to sit and dine or have a drink.
Most of the time the swimming pool was booked for swimming lessons, very annoying.
